The phone rings. The man picks up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Does the black moon howl?"
"Who is this?"
"Not without blood."
"What are you talking about? This is a secure line, how did you get this number?"
"Does the black moon howl?"
"Listen, I don't know who you are, but you're going to tell me how you are or so help me-"
"Only at the blind."
"-I will get the entirety of Watchdog on your ass!"
"Does the black moon howl?"
"Are you even listening to me!?"
"Not while the stars shine."
The man removed the phone from his ear, trying to dial a new number.
"Does the black moon howl?"
"What the- are you some kind of tinker?"
"Only when waning."
The man tried to hang up the phone.
"Does the black moon howl?"
"Hey, somebody get over here! We got a cape active on the phone!"
"Yes."
A group of men stand over the phone, trying to parse out what the voice on the phone is saying.
"Let there be light."
The line hangs up.
