Didn't Alester follow Renly until the shadowbaby albeit he was the first to switch sides?
I could have sworn the Florents backed Stannis from the start with the hope of getting Highgarden.

They weren't set up until after the Blackwater though, when a Foote killed the last legitimate Caron who had sided with Stannis.
Oh damn, I thought the Florents had only gone to Stannis fully after Renly died.
Also, am I mistaken or did you show Storms End as belonging to Stannis?
House Florent follows House Tyrell in supporting the late Robert I Baratheon's youngest brother, Renly. They field roughly 2,000 men.[7]
From the wiki of Ice and Fire
Good catch. I'll fix that.
I didn't remember the Fossoways siding with Stannis either after Renly's death. That's interesting!
@Arryn thanks for taking the trouble to do the map, I'm really not good at making maps, so I had not done one, thank you very much again.
Any chance the person who picked up House Hardying could switch to thefar more powerful and important House Royce? They command probably a good 5-7k men and they're the second most prestigious and powerful House in the Vale.
They have far more to do ATM than the Hardyings, and it also allows me to continue playing the Arryns via Harry Hardying should Robert Arryn die. We could actually discuss stuff back and forth if they pick up the Royce's. The Hardyings are a rather obscure and weak House who only have a claim to fame because one of their kids is in-line to take up the Arryn name should the main branch of the family die out.
Well I consider he more important to have a player than the Tyrells ..... ok I'll accept that, the Tyrells will be NPCs for the rest of this turn, but they will be opening for claims on the next turn.
What you think of this idea @Tiberius ?
The only Great House open for now is House Tully, otherwise there are a fair amount of Small Houses open as Manderly,Velaryon,Dayne and several others, the Tyrells will be opening on the next turn too .
I think I'm good. Not really a fan of taking a house with zero agency like the minors, and Tully is too indefensible and has already been fucked over hard by Tywin prior to the actual start of the war.
Tyrell is opening up next turn, but I'd be stuck following someone else's script and that's not something I enjoy.

Sounds interesting,, but I didn't know that the Riverland were open. But it seems hard to play them though.
