1. Follow up on the arrests we made from our raid on Black Market sites.
   1. Identify any personnel from corporations and governmental agencies, throw the book at them, and leave them to rot.
      1. Any corporate group to have one of their employees arrested in one of our raids, or even have their body identified, are to be put under scrutiny by OIS. They are to be investigated from the top down for any other cases of… illegal actions. We don't want another Chistopher Needham.
      2. Any governmental personnel identified are to have their agency first asked privately on why one of theirs was found at a Black Market site, and if the answer isn't very good to have their agency/group investigated.
      3. Regardless of the above, any private entities that had their personnel found in a Black Market site is to be fined heavily [pending culpability, no need to fine a company for the stupidity of a single employee] for conspiring to bring harm to the Confederation. Not quite treason, but close enough. They should be glad that they aren't being nationalized.
   2. Should there still be any Black Market sites around, clean them up, arrest anyone found, kill anyone who resists. Then do the above.
2. Appease the public.
   1. Apologize to the public, but not for the fact that I ordered the assault to go through, but that it was necessary in the first place. It never should have gotten to this point and we'll do better in the future. Remind the public of how we had brought down corruption in the government to a new low recently and all the good we've done so far.
   2. Pay indemnities for victim's families. Hopefully using the Black Market organizers/naughty corporation's (like Christopher Needham's Duroc Ham) money. These ill-gotten finances should at least be put to some good use. Of course the fact the money came from this source should be kept out of public eye.
   3. Meet with Abigail Pierce, due to the details said during the meeting, just say to the public that we met and talked and I apologized that her and her parents got caught up in it or something to that nature.
   4. Work with Minister Oliver Nesky and his Ministry to put a more positive spin on things.
3. Space HOOOOOOOOOOO~
   1. The CSA Audacieux is to begin a 3 year mission to survey planetary bodies in the inner system starting with Luna. Their main objectives is to compile a more detailed survey of the planetary bodies, particularly mineral surveys of TN materials/ores, and possible future colony/research sites.
   2. The mission is to begin with them surveying Luna, considering that they have already landed on the moon, they should still be nearby. End with either Mercury or Mars.
   3. By the time the mission time ends after three years, the ship should be already on the way home or have already arrived back home.
   4. Continue constructing the CSV Brilliant.
4. More Space Work
   1. Begin construction of an orbital shipyard complex. Optimally, this complex should be able to have at least 3 berths eventually, capable of constructing ships up to, for now, 25,000 tons.
   2. Allow our engineers to create a limited run of TN-fueled shuttles that is capable of going from ground to orbit without boosters and are basically the sci fi shuttles we all envision in fiction. The use of these shuttles is to for now be focused on moving supplies and personnel to build the orbital shipyard and whatever else orbital infrastructure is needed.
5. More More Space Work
   1. If we do not yet have a design or idea for a space station, start working on it. The station should be capable of docking ships, refining ores, habitation sections for people who will permanently live there (for now maximum of 750 people), entertainment centers, food growing section to at least allow some food to be grown on station, and others to allow a permanent population on board.
6. Intra-System Cargo Vessels
   1. Design an actual working Freighter vessel design. Should this be completed and works before the 3 year turn finished, begin constructing at least 3 of them in our shipyards. Similar security as constructing the Science vessels.
   2. Continue to stockpile automated mass drivers and automated mines.
   3. Should those cargo ships be completed before the next turn, have the ships begin to transport the automated mines and mass drivers to surveyed TN mining sites on Luna and other inner system planetary bodies.
7. Identify the economic niche the Black Market filled, establish watch dogs, and develop plans on what we can do to allow the more common man to fill in those niches organically and most importantly legally. Work with the Ministry of Finance on this.
8. Train Subterfuge this turn.
