Mmm... I'm not quite caught up on the series at this point (on episode where Adora opens up the temple and Catra follows). But from what I understand of Catra's mindset, wouldn't she try to keep/hide the sword?

My reasoning being that by having the sword, she has leverage/power over Adora.

On the other hand, I can understand why she'd want to destroy it since it was kinda what led the two of them being separated in the first place (though from what I recall she blames Glimmer more than the Sword) - but I think her desire for power/control of Adora would take precedent.

Ah, well if you want a little context, this is set in mid Season 3. So, at least you know how far you need to watch to catch up.

Adora will definitely be mad, but hating Catra ... didn't happen after everything Catra did in canon, and canon Catra did much worse things than break Adora's sword. It's repairable damage.

Maybe... I'm not sure. Just... Destroying it looks so wastefull. And sword have become integral part of Adora's life. Like, I only now started watching and, like, she's really dependant on it. I fear ot would hurt Adora a lot, and she already on bad terms with Catra.

Because I am a die hard Catradora Shipper and I want to maximize their interactions.

I do not think destroying the sword will work and keeping it hidden where only we can find it could be useful leverage if the princesses move against us in force.

The thing is, Entrapta won't stop at just passively studying it. She's going to start tinkering and experimenting with it, because that's what Entrapta does.

I know you mean that to be a Bad Thing. However I am personally invested in seeing Entrapta Fix Things and even if her Fixing things breaks them i think it will lead to intresting story? If we are Really lucky she will Oops Light Hope away

I would like to apologize to everyone for not updating or posting anything for the last few days. I woke up Saturday morning to a family emergency that has literally required every waking hour of my attention from Sat-Tues to deal with. If all goes well, I should be driving back home Wednesday, and I'll see about getting the quest moving forward again.
