C-List Hero Taisen

Part of me wants to make a Souji Tendou type of character just to create a complete clusterfuck for both the villains and the government organizations, all while quoting vaguely zen like phrases.
 
Okay so question: if my character has split personalities can the personalities have different magical girl transformations?
my advice people are giving me bad ideas and I need to know if they're valid or not.

only if you got said alternate personalities from receiving ancient artifacts that contained the souls of people from five millennia ago that played children's card games to solve their problems
 
-Name: Rie Oda
-Age: 20
-Gender: Female

Appearance: Young Japanese woman, 4'9" tall, black hair that is usually kept loose, red colored eyes. Has an old fashioned sense of dress (read: almost always wearing a kimono or something similar), though she does dress in more modern clothing from time to time.
History:
Rie is not a normal girl. This is something most people who have gotten to know her would state as fact. She has an odd sense of fashion, and seemingly excels at most anything she tries her hand at, yet she never pursues them as anything but flights of fancy.

It is perhaps because of her oddness that she then became a subject of the Autonomous Retribution Soldiers organization, who believed her to be an exceptional individual to add to their ranks. She underwent full body cyborg conversion, everything about her, from her skin and hair, to her bones and nerves being replaced by highly advanced cybernetics.

This was their first and greatest mistake.

The scientist in charge of altering her memory so that she is loyal to ARS had a conflict of conscience, and assisted her in escaping from the facility they kept her, though at the cost of their own life.

The normally aloof girl, touched by this seeming random act of sincere kindness, swore to repay it a hundred fold. Now, using the cyborg body that ARS has given to her, she fights against them as the hero, Kamen Rider Sael.
Personality: A bit eccentric, always acting with a mysterious air to her, even when doing very mundane tasks. She also has a high opinion of herself, though she feels it's actually deserved.

Powerset: Lightning control: Of the numerous superhuman gifts that her cyborg form gifts her, key amongst them is her ability to create and manipulate bolts of lightning, which she uses to enhance her own Rider Punch and Rider Kick, though she can also use this as an attack by itself.
Giant Robot: Abigor: A motorbike loosely based off of the 2015 Honda Interceptor. Abigor is installed with a learning A.I. program, and has developed an attitude similar to a samurai fighting for their daimyo, most definitely as a result of Rie's influence. Abigor can actually alter his shape to that of a robotic humanoid knight's, allowing it to fight alongside Rie.

Physical enhancement, the speed and strength and stuff, is something everyone has, and it isn't part of the one power limit unless you want better physical stats than everyone else of your type.
 
Kinda tempted to make a Sentai with powers similar to the Techie role from Chroma Squad. Which mainly involves running around, occasioanly tossing teamates, and pulling off gun kata.
