I wonder if that even works. If they are smart, they will keep to the ground and keep doing whatever they've been doing, but I don't know if the chance of a face off is just something our ogre counts on happenning, or if it is something that legitimately may happen. No idea what the public perception of these situations is.

I don't know the likelihood of it happening and I'm more concerned about getting paid right now.

Infamy is good for marketing as it gets us into a certain niche, as our seconds rightfully pointed out.

My logic is that I want press to cover this particular controversy, which means giving them something in return, even if it is a more open stance. I am under no illusion that this is us going down the path of righteousness, or that the reporters will be sympathetic to us and let bygones be bygones, but they will be covering us as this is our first interview, and that gives us more to work with when it comes to calling out whoever caused this.

This is a thin line between a bully being bullied back, and a corrupt system messing with the hero's family/home because it is too cowardly to challenge them directly, and I'd like to not mess it up. For any other strategic goal I'd likely stay the course.

On the other hand though, calling out the interference will ensure that everyone else knows that we are affected by interference.

Heck, medieval origins mean messing with us is a relatively cheap affair.
