As a side not, Cirno is definitely Ice/Fairy.
Ice is good against Flying (Sariel) and Fairy is good against Dark (Koakuma), so she's definitely got the type matchup... may be a bit underleveled though.
And underevolved.
And understatted.
And stupid.
And not a pokemon.
But those are minor things, Cirno has this in the bag! She told me so herself!
