Adam almost certainly isn't there, he won't show up until later. Assuming this element hasn't been changed from canon (which it may well have) Adam wasn't in Vale until the Battle of Beacon, which we know because he wasn't at the meeting and given that he's in charge it wouldn't make sense for him to not be there and Roman to be if he was available

This sounds like poking the metaphorical bear, and it's not like Love won't have her share of villains to defeat in Beacon. So many Grimm to slay and they never really die as a collective species, they're basically the perfect enemy for her.

Less poking the bear to get killed, and more: get noticed by a pretty important faction and alert many others in turn. Can't exactly be subtle when you set yourself up that way.
 
Would Love after her massacre remain anonymous regarding being rhe culprit of this? She's not the most subtle Abnormality, and especially so when fighting.
 
More personal concern is if Love can attend Beacon without being tied to White Fang killing. If she can be clever about it... fine. Otherwise, she has to make a choice between the two.
 
Did we just prevent Ruby from intercepting Torchwick, or is it still too early?
 
hmm, Our first interaction with ruby went well, and love you dummy did mistake ruby as little red, fun.
we tell her about white fang then, love is going to have a 50+killstreak right this afternoon, so...
why don't we kidnap a member of white fang and Torture interrogate him/her then once we got Adams name we tell love to go for him

You know, I am really wishing that one of our starting abnormalities was Little Red. It would be really fun to see Ruby react to her. They couldn't be more different.
