So, something more akin to this unholy monstrosity?:

For the record, that's an artist's impression of what a battleship with eight Schwerer Gustav Artillery Guns as its main armament would look like. IRL battleship cannons are its secondary guns.
Maybe more like this?

Well, what ever class she is, it sure ain´t this one, right?

In size, closer to the gustav, in layout, closer to the Montana but with moar dakka and a carrier deft up top.

... Goddamn. I just looked a bit harder at those sketches, and if I don't have this wrong, we're going to be looking at a ship that is literally 0.6 kilometers long. Holy fuck.

The sixteen three inch cannons in my four main turrets

4 Quad turrets for 16 Main guns, probably 50 calibers in length. Stated prior to be 16" guns. Of coarse since the fog have the Photon Canons, that gun size is enough.

If she needs a bigger gun she can easily deploy the Super-Graviton canon.

"The .45 caliber guns" -this time she gestured to four groups of five dual barreled turrets

20 Double Barreled secondaries. I would assume they are the classic 5" gun. Probably closer to the 5" guns on modern ships. They have a sustained rate of fire of about 16-20 Rounds per minute automatic for the US designs. Other contemporary designs have ROF going over 60 rounds per minute on automatic.

"The smallest of my guns" -this time she gestured to a ridiculous number of small turrets, each turret about two inches wide and mounting a pair of gun barrels to either side of the central turret- "are loaded with.22 long rounds and are currently loaded with rubber bullets, though they are fully capable of firing live ammunition."

Sounds like a CIWS, Close in Weapons System. Very high rate of fire. Either some gattling gun or a gun like the Bushmaster. Likely a crazy amount of turrets, probably 40-80 or so of the double barreled turrets.

He spotted groups of square hatches that resembled the hatches of a VLS missile system

On a Fog ship, VLS launch from where ever they want to.

trio of flight decks attached to the back of her equipment. Two of them formed a V shape starting just above her waist and pointing off to either side just a bit below her shoulders. Just above the point where the two decks joined together, there was a long, charcoal colored box about two and a half feet in length and a foot and a quarter wide, stretching upwards until it stopped behind her head. Mounted atop this box, a hangar if the overall theme was anything to go by, was an additional flight deck that ran from the bottom of the hangar box, to where it ended about a foot and a half above Challenger's head.

Hanger that runs a good length of the ship, servicing all 3 runways. It sounds like two run along the side of the ship and are launch/land runways and a third runway that can launch aircraft going down the center of the ship.

Going to be an insane sized ship regardless. Probably a Length of over 1600 feet and a beam of almost 400 feet at the widest.

Just some estimated shots in the dark.

Wow. I'd say you got everything right (with the design I have access to, which is subject to drastic changes. I know the thing I'm doing looks different from when I started), except the size, which is about 1.5 times you't estimate.

Yeah, I goofed up the size estimate there. I took the normal Nimitz class Carrier and increased all dimensions by 50% Probably should have shifted the length to about 2300, and the width to about the same 400ft, no height increase. Have to wait for Fuso to go ahead and post the update at some point and a ship schematic then.

Fog ships have a large advantage over modern ships since they can ignore a lot of physics when it comes to ship building hull forms. The Main guns on a ship that size almost seem like an after though, most of the mass must be dedicated for aircraft and missile related facilities.

As a fog ship however, she does have the big guns and systems if needed.

However I am looking forward to having it rise out of the waters of the Bay one morning before an Endbringer fight so she can unload everything.

While impressive, that's only twice the length of a Nimitz.
Twice the size of a Nimitz is the better part of half a mile in length.

I'm pretty sure it's equally hard for an ocean-going ship to get bigger at that size.
Oh easily, it's commercial ships that go that large for the most part though. Take a look:

Oh you are fairly correct, though I will state that not quite all of Challenger's vessel borne weapons are represented on her Rigging/Costume.

Well I would expect that. Without having actual spec I could only go off what information has been provided so anything she is holding back will leave holes in the estimate.

Should take Challenger about ~3 weeks total to get the materials needed to form her ship. I doubt she will do that until it gets closer to when an Endbringer strike happens though. She may not want to cause general panic on the PRT by having her ship suddenly dock in the harbor though.

I'm not even sure she could actually dock it. I never got the impression BB got supertankers and the huge cargo ships at all, and you don't build docks for them if you don't get them coming to your harbor.

Nothing built in the Bay would be able to dock her vessel, so she'd need to build something custom.

How big is the harbor? I don't remember a specific size being mentioned.
I'm willing to put it at a few miles across, as one of the best guesses for Brockton Bay's location is Plymouth, Rhode Island. The bay there is a couple miles across, so while I'll admit maneuvering would be a little bit tight (ignoring Challenger's translocation abilities - a trait that comes from the FOG carriers). It would still be manageable though.

BB is canonically in New Hampshire. I want to say Portsmouth, dunno if that's it but I think so.
