Ah, that's easy to explain.

You see, what situation would Caster possibly have to be in the fight himself?

The only one he can think of is that Yhorm's fought throw his entire Territory, and has had to fight through spells, traps, summons, and ideally, other Heroic Spirits who Caster has been using as meatshields.

Presumably, someone who goes through all that wouldn't be able to resist getting hit in the face with a Noble Phantasm as powerful as Caster's.

Given that Yhorm has almost triple the defence and double the HP of everything else?

I would put your odds at the same level of stopping Spartacus once his ball is rolling.
