You are King Arthur, the truth of the King's existence. In all the branches that grow from the Root, there are many versions of you, male and female, good and evil, old and young. You are all of them, an over-soul, the complete collection. Every legend, every story, every tall tale and every truth make up the total of what you are. You are the Heroic Spirit of King Arthur.
But even among Heroic Sprits, you are unique. You sit upon the Throne of Heroes. You are the greatest Counter Guardians, safe in Alaya's womb. You are resting in Avalon until the future day when you will be King again. You are still alive yet dying, laying upon Camlann, unable to move on until you claim the Holy Grail. It is impossible for you to be all of these at once and yet that is what is required of you, so that is what you are, impossible or not. That is what it means to be King Arthur.
Everything for those who rely on you.
You are being summoned. You have been summoned many times for many reasons. This summons is a familiar one, one to become a Servant in the 5th Holy Grail War. You have struggled through this war many times but again and again as you are called to different version of the same event. It is not your purpose to wonder why. You are only there to serve.
A portion of you whole is split off, sent to the world to live once again. You pass through the Greater Grail, directed where to go. Your sprit arrives, mana is gathered, your body is formed and you open your eyes.
"I am the Servant ____"
[] Saber – The most common version to fight in this war, the only difference between this Arturia and the legends is that she's a woman.
[] Archer – An Arturia from and alternate timeline where a mysterious stranger from the far east wearing red arrived in Britain and trained Arturia in the art of the Bow. Wielding her teacher's Black Bow, this Arturia learned three lessons from her teacher: how to shoot, the value of camaraderie and the true meaning of selflessness. This Arturia would sneak behind enemy lines for sabatoge and assassination, discarding her honor rather than raid her own villages for resources, among other similar actions that set her apart.
[] Lancer – A version of Arturia that chose the spear Rhongomynyad over the blade Excalibur, her physical growth wasn't halted and she has the body of an adult. Rhongomynyad also moved her away from a mere human, giving her the divinity of a goddess but not taking her compassion as a human. Having truly grown into her roll, this version has an air of maturity and nobility that even other version of King Arthur struggle to match.
[] Rider – An Arturia that rides the ship Pyrdwen, which once made the journey to Annwn, the underworld, so that Arturia could retrieve the Cauldron of Dyfed. The modern idea of braving the seven seas and plundering far-off lands of their treasures has gotten mixed in with this myth, giving this Arturia a swashbuckling feel.
[] Caster – A version of Arturia that took an interest in magecraft at a young age. Treating the kingship as a job that needed to be done in order to return to her passion, she nonetheless did said job to the best of her abilities. As she preferred spells to swords, she rarely used Excalibur and thus grew to an adult body. More motherly than any other Arturia, she is likely the only version to ever accept Mordred, first as a scientific curiosity, then as a daughter and finally as heir.
[] Assassin – Something went wrong with this summons and although Arturia received Carnwennan until after pulling the sword from the stone, this Arturia has appeared as a child. Although young and carefree, she knows her destiny and sometimes feels the weight of her future duty upon her shoulders.
[] Berserker – The Berserker Class is one that Arturia has an inherent incompatibility with. This incompatibility has lead to a low Madness Enhancement rank, so low that her sanity is untouched and merely her self-control is affected. This Arturia no longer acts as King, instead acting for her own sake, and as such cannot wield the King's Sword, Excailbur. Instead, she wields Clarent, the blade that ended her life.
"Are you my Master?" You ask of the ______ in front of you.
[] Shocked Boy – Shirou Emiya
[] Prideful Girl – Rin Tohsaka
[] Purple-haired Girl – Sakura Matou
[] Noble Young Lady – Luvia Edelfelt
[] Albino Child – Illyasviel Von Einzbern
[] Coughing Old Man – Kiritsugu Emiya
