Back home from the gym, you sit down at the computer once more before taking a look at what's been downloaded. Seven more episodes of JTHM, an SNES-CD emulator designed for Windows 10, and two ISOs for said emulator - Frantic Flight and Universalizer. Yes, today's going to be quite productive for your burgeoning internet career, but before the stream begins there's one more thing to do: run snescicle, the emulator, and use it to open one of the ISOs in order to see if it works.
Damnit.
Snescicle doesn't even start, it just gives an unintelligible error message and then goes kaput. It must be something about the differing architecture between the Windows 10 of TL-0 and its TL-2 counterpart. Something tells you this won't be the last time you encounter this sort of problem.
Nevertheless, you're a programmer, and given enough time and effort you can come up with a solution. It would take at least a day - likely more - for you to write up a DLL patch file, and even then you'll still have to do a daily stream along with your freelance work. Is this an immediate priority or not?

Then there's the matter of your social media accounts. The JTHM pilot you uploaded to YouTube has netted your channel two subscribers and a couple dozen views, but the lack of content on your two remaining platforms is something that you feel needs to be rectified.
Of course, you don't intend to self-promote on any of these sites. Instead, your plan is to build up a reputation by making meaningful replies to various posters, with the added intention of drawing users to your account and by extension the content you upload.
X, once upon a time called Twitter, is the first of these two sites. You already have a couple followers already, but based on their profile pictures and general lack of posts you're positive that they're just bots. A few options have already come to mind:
[] [X / Twitter] Reply to IZ/scenemo/goth artists
This one is pretty obvious. Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, Invader Zim, goth, emo, the connections are right there. It shouldn't be too difficult to find emo or emo-adjacent artists with significant follower counts, but there's still a possibility that it could take upwards of hours in order to find the right users.
[] [X / Twitter] Reply to gimmick accounts
Then there's a more mainstream approach: take your pick among several of the many, many, many X gimmick accounts, make sure to consistently post under the posts they churn out, and sit back to see if any traffic makes its way to your profile.
[] [X / Twitter] Tweet your thoughts on your user page
You've already synced your account with Twitch, so it automatically sends out a tweet when a stream goes up. But there's still no reason for you not to talk about stuff on your main profile... unless you want to keep things private. You could spend this time building upon the whole "AI-generated content" alibi you've got going on, but then again maintaining consistency will become much harder if you do so.

Reddit is the other site you have an account on. Sure, you could stick with Twitch, Tube and maybe Twitter, but chances are you created that Reddit account for good reason. Even if you can't remember said reason, it would be pointless to leave it in the dust. Which avenue of interaction will you take first?
[] [Reddit] Comment on posts in r/InvaderZim
Once again, a no-brainer. You've watched a fair amount of Invader Zim back during your teen years, so keeping up with what others are saying shouldn't be too hard. Enter the Florpus isn't something you've seen, on the other hand, so if you ever want to watch a movie during your time off then this might be worth a shot.
[] [Reddit] Comment on posts in r/programming
Giving people pointers on how to code up programs might be a very good way to build up your Reddit reputation. Since you're quite good at programming in multiple languages, you're certain that many people would appreciate your help.

Once your social media now has content, you lie back in your swivel chair and stretch your arms. Try as you might to relax, you can't help but think wild thoughts about the potential dangers that might come up during your multiversal escapades.
Regardless of what you do, there will come a day when people learn the truth about your "AI-generated content". Public outcry towards your deception, calls from governments to nationalize your parachronic technology, and potential litigation are only some of your worries. You'll need to be prepared, and you'll need to prepare a lot. That simple fact cannot be stressed enough.
The first line of defense you'll need to think about is the legality of it all. Of course, there's no real precedent that says people can steal media from other worlds and try to pass it off as their own, but that doesn't mean you're free from any repercussions - civil or criminal.
[] [Contingency Plans] Research a possible legal defense
Another option could be to try and get the government's politicians in your pocket so they'll look the other way, but that would require a lot of money - money you don't have. At least, not yet.
[] [Contingency Plans] Try to influence politics towards your favor
Then there's the worst case scenario: some organization or another issues a warrant for your arrest, or even seek to kill you. In this case you'd need to defend yourself from them, while fleeing to someplace as far away form these enemies as possible - preferably, someplace not in TL-0. You could just be way too paranoid towards others, but you never know what could happen.

[] [Contingency Plans] Start saving money for guns
The thing is all of these contingencies hinge on one thing: that the secret of your success is uncovered to the public. You could always focus on preventing this from happening sooner, but doing that will leave your actual contingency plans lacking in detail.

A/N: I forgot to mention that Ted Sung is a freelance programmer. Guess there's no time like the present.
