I dislike few open options too many things will be written down and the player base always tries to do too much.

@Tinkerer
1 how far are the enemy ships
2 why are we not firing back?
3 can we have the astropath contact the fleet?
4 can the tech priest give us information on the systems and why we dropped out of the warp?

1. The large one is just outside of your longest ranged guns. Almost as if they knew your ship's capabilities. The smaller ones are making continuous harassment attacks, flying under your belly before popping up, firing, then flying out of range.
2. Well, surprise. You were quite literally just dragged out of the Warp, and then they started shooting you. Most of your firing crews were temporarily stunned due to sheer WTF.
3. You can try.
4. Data reports that your ship aside from shields and a bit of hull damage is operating at full capacity. Your Void Shields on the other hand have been dropped to half due to the sudden de-warping and sustained enemy fire. As for how you got pulled out, they have no fucking idea.

@Tinkerer
1 do our crew is incompetent or just inexperienced?
2 do we have thunder hawks or other ships we can get out to start firing?
3 how effective is the AA fire
3 a. Is AA crews firing yet
4 how many marines we have on board?
5 I assume we have crews already set to repair and fight boarders?

1. More like whoever is fighting you seems like a fucking mind reader. They seem to know the exact points your guns can turn to, and where their blind spots are.
2. Thunderhawks don't exist yet. You have some Stormbirds for troop transport, some drop pods, and some boarding torpedos. Plus some fighters. Most of your air power is with the rest of the fleet.
3. See 1, though you're at least winging them with AA.
4. 2,000. The rest are on the fleet still in Warp.
5. Yep. Though what you want protected still needs to be said.

[X] Plan full ahead
-[x] order gun crews to fire at the enemy
-[x] order the crew to battlestaions and have marines ready to repell boarders
-[x] order engines full burn ahead and try to get us farther away
-[x] if the bigger ship start to follow turn and bring weapons to bear.
-[X] get the Astropath to contact the fleet and tell them we need help

Ok not much we can do but we need to get away. If they start to chase we turn the ship and bring weapons to bear. Not much else we can do right now since I think they have a Farseer.

.... that shouldn't be the case with Dark Eldar. I'm starting to get the impression that this might be a Chaos Eldar fleet.

What Segmentum are we in, anyways?

Don't disregard thousands of years of experience eldar have. Most books tend to underplay that cuz otherwise any fight with eldar would kill like half of the characters, but maybe this quest'll be better in that regard.

Experience of what? The Dark Eldar are hedonistic murder cultists and the Craftworlders are refuges who shouldn't even have martial tradition yet. Neither of those scream military mastery to me.

Eldar Empire? The one that was destroyed by She-Who-Thursts? Dark Eldar are the ones who most inherit its ways.

Generally, it seems to be the knowledge that the emp put in us saying Ohrmuzd has/will fall to tzeech and that we should kill him. And freaking out about the DE for some reason.

Alright, so in the interest of hearing what people think I want to ask, what are all of you wanting to do in the future? You know, besides the obvious. Where do you want to take Tyrian?

I want to develop the a safe way to do sorcery. Try to make the Heresy less horrible. Burn Commargh to the warp. Make the Imperium less horrible. Maybe tech out in a geek way.
