The main head of the force and a figure of impossible might to act as a bodyguard/advisor, specifically to highlight both the strength the Imperium can project, as well as a more human face as a nominal leader to grant familiarity to the proceedings. Keep both the Psyker and the Mechanicum out of the initial overtures because opening with that level of human divergence could sour the first impression of such a small world.
