I think that's a bit too OP. One of the interesting things about a jumpchain is the growth. Maybe a weakened variant of this skills would be better (up to you though).Three Free Supplement (Replaces Body Mod):

The unlimited growth is fine, hell there are a number of jumps that give exactly that.
As for the 3 states in one, some jumps give you an almost un-killable body (like the builder jumpchain), but the regeneration is to too broken. I think you should change it so the regen of all 3 aspects is equal to the highest one of the 3. Which will most likely be Spirit (mana), depending on your future build.
As for the omniscience skill, I think that should be nerfed big time (though I could be misinterpreting it). Maybe see what is truly there (to the limit of your understanding) would probably be better. Letting you see what is there but without the knowledge it won't make sense. As for the mental boost for planning I recommend interpreting it as, seeing the truth of the world allows you to see how events are connected (if you know what they are and are actively Looking for them), this helps you plan for things you usually had no right to know.

With that out of the way, amazing first chapter. Too many jumpchain stories read like journal entries (lack genuine human interaction and character building). Your character feels alive in a real world, not just someone seeing the world as a story and doing what he wants as he subconsciously (the author) doesn't view the world as real. It's too early to tell if this will continue, but it is definitely a good start.
