Well if we all choose to become the highest level psyker we can we can try and to do like the shamans and merge together to become something that has a chance of actually surviving. We could even vote on what to do on a soul forum making it seem like we never left SV.

I would go for a Necron Lord Goldtier slot, grab my slaves and gtfo of the Milky Way.

Lord of Change isn't on the verbotten list either, so if that's an option Tzeentch gets a new aspect which will work out pretty well for everyone involved I think(or at least hope... heh). If that's not an option, as powerful a psyker as I am allowed to be and in a location where my community amounts to "as nice as a chaos cult is conceivably allowed to be" with lots of knowledge of sorcery available.
