Acolyte - Worm/Warhammer 40k

This is a partial worshipper of SLAANESH we're talking about. What would break the rules enough to get permanently banned from the site, are pretty much the most vanilla things a slaaneshi worshipper can think of. So don't complain that much about us following those rules when discussing them.
They weren't . . ?

Somehow stumbled on this while browsing around. Saw Nexus was the author so I instantly jumped in. Love and enjoyed what I've read, so I jump out of reader mode only to notice this story is YEARS old.

Uh... I'm not commiting thread necromancy right? In case I am.... sorry? I was evsn thinking of a small and quick omake for this but now im unsure.

The necromancy has already been done, I think it's okay.

Ooof, you get over an illness and nature decides to bury your country in snow for a week.

Okay to let everyone know: yes, I am still working on Acolyte, and my other stories. I've also been trying to get a rather annoying little plotbunnies hammered down onto paper to get it to stop tormenting me.

What I'm saying is expect new chapters within the next month or so now that I have power and internet again. And also possibly watch for the aforementioned plotbunnies being posted here and on SB.

And I know, plotbunnies mean less time spent on Acolyte, but I can't help it if my brain comes up with a Darkest Dungeon crossover, an Overlord (the novels/manga/anime, not the game) crossover AND a Monster Girl Quest based alternate trigger when I'm stuck without power and a well-stocked writing desk.

i want to read all of these. a little miffed about the delay but what can ya do? do what ya gotta do and write when ya can right? i can wait, especially when it seems your new ideas are just as interesting as your old/current ones are!

As long as Primal doesn't die, I'm not going to complain. :p

I would also read that Overlord cross.

I kinda regret putting Black Legion colors on Taylor, I think Word Bearer colors are more thematic for her, or at least inscriptions on her armor.

She's more into the conversion, or at least unassuming conversion, of followers to Chaos.

Now that I think about she's more of a Dark Apostle, or at least more on doing deeds and gaining her followers through her actions then forcibly forcing people into Chaos.

Oh, btw, when's Taylor gonna get some tech? I have a good idea on what to have Taylor use as a substitute Sonic Weapon.

What, like a Chaos Space Marine Dark Apostle? I think she's more a fusion of that and a Chaos Sorcerer, what with her starting to get into the demon summoning.

For the tech question, I have NO clue. (Though I do hope that we start getting marks of chaos soon, as well as our own unique chaos artifacts)

Honestly, there are a couple ways she could approach producing her own tinker-tech. She could produce 40k tech directly, such as lasguns, caseless autoguns, plasma guns, melta guns, or bolters, but that would probably require some very precise tools and/or exotic materials. The other method is more clasical Chaos, and involves taking regular tech, and shoving Daemons into it. This method is certainly less demanding in terms of tools and materials, but has its own risks and bottlenecks.
