Snippet- Kamala's not so great unmasking
Era 3

Kamala heard the stories about revealing your identity- the arguements,anxiety and the fact that for some inexplicable reason a supervillain will just attack. So when Kamala revealed that she was Ms.Marvel and that most of her 'school friends'/'NYC friends' were also superheros(some being Avengers in training and others being New Mutants) she expected her father to be angry at the secret keeping or that she was in danger but the response she got was surprising...

"I can understand the sneaking out and the secrets. You thought we were going to react badly to that and I thank Allah that you did it to help others and not to go out to parties. But I absolutely cannot abide you being around a bunch of teenage boys unsupervised while filled with hormones and adrenaline!"

"But I work with the Avengers and the X-Men! Besides of the Avenger's Spider Man's got to man people interested in him and the New Mutants are-"

Her brother interrupted her by saying-

"You know that when a unmarried man and a unmarried woman together there is always-"

And in a case of cosmic irony he was interrupted by the sound-

*BAMF*

And two Mutants flying into the dinner table as if they were thrown. Immediatly Kamala recognized both of them . The first was Nightcrawler who looked like he broke a arm and the other was the New Mutant Blast wearing his usual set of yellow and black armor though he was currently clutching his stomach as if he had been punched in the gut. Kamala sighed and said-

"No that is not Shaytan it's actually Nightcrawler."

Blast then said weakly-

"Hello Mr and Ms Khan. I regret to inform you that Shaytan is currently 3 seconds away from here. Well not Shaytan but-"

Then Blast created a energy disk and threw it into a telekinetic energy blast aimed for his face as a figure who very frequently appeared in almost every hero's nightmares walked through and said-

And a few other bits of lore below-
- Story starts around 8-10 months after the events of X-Men '97 and 1-2 Years after the end of Avengers. New heroes and mutants are emerging as a result of stuff like Operation Zero Tolerance and Secret Invasion making people realize the world isn't safe any more and wanting to do something.
-Spiderman by the start has been a hero for around a year or two but is nowhere near the same level of experience as groups like the Avengers and X-Men. And yes there are more spider people around but peter's simply the most active one.

- The X-Men also expanded a bit during that time gaining Kitty Pryde and 2 OC's. The OC's are siblings named JAmes Carpenter and Mira Carpenter. James ability is energy projection(and advanced manipulation so he can do beams,curved shots or even waves) though he completely lacks the super strength and durability that usually goes along with energy powers(he does have a suit made by his sister that gives him some enhanced abilities) and he specializes in biology. His sister Mira can drain various energy sources to gain super strength and agility(though no flight and she can project energy but it requires a lot of energy to be drained) and she specializes in robotics.

-Both X-Men and Avengers meet each other hunting sown Sentinels and Ultron respectively. First Arc is fighting Ultron who decided to ally with the Sentinels when he basically realized 'hey if I saw I want to kill mutants then they just give me free stuff!'. This ends with a fight against Ultron who fused with the remains of Bastion and both groups allying with each other full time.

- It isn't all serious since ethere will be fun breathers like the younger members of the X-Men and Avengers switching adult mentors for the day. This ends with the Avengers learning that the 'New Mutants'(the name of the younger X-Men) have been creating tasks like 'Tony watching duty' and 'sending Hank Pym for therapy duty'. Meanwhile the younger Avengers are learning the hard way that most of the time X-Men are either studying, in the Danger Room or are being used as Wolverine's target practice.

Ally Cards

Hi my name's Nim(THE GREATER!). I'm an AI created by the X-Men Jolt. You are probably wondering why that fancy Webware whatever hero took a favor in has me in it. Well I existed long before secure hero telecommunications and since Jarvis already has enough trouble with the Avengers I am here to help you and all the other heros(Excluding NuHumans because politics). When I'm not bust doing my Prime Directive(Sentinel voice.exe activate) DESTROY ALL SENTINELS!

Now you seeing as a threat is currently three streets away you do not have time for looking at the full files I have on hand but not to worry I made Ally Cards that are a good enough TLDR.

Wasp(not the Van Dyne, the other female one)
Size-Changer heroes like Wasp are highly effective against villains who's powers require high levels of concentration because releasing a psychic laser is very hard when a small lady comes to smack talk you and then hits you with bioelectricity that completely ruptures any train of thought you have. In addition this Wasp also has training from [EXPUNGED FOR HER PRIVACY] which should prove useful against military trained enemies and any enemy with affiliations to [Russia],[HYDRA] or [EXPUNGED FOR HER PRIVACY].

Possible reasons for team-up friction- don't be a sexist pig, don't disrespect science and don't smack talk Hank Pym.

Blast
Blast is can project energy but also manipulate said energy to a high degree though without his armor(made by my creator) he is considered a glass cannon among the heavy weights[NOTE- THIS IS BY HEAVYWEIGHT STANDARDS, HE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED HIGHLY DURABLE IN CONVENTIONAL COMBAT EVEN WITHOUT THE ARMOR DUE TO WOLVERINE TRAINING]. He is one of the most experienced of the first class of New Mutants (Mutants recruited after Genosha). Blast also has high levels of intellect in Biology and Chemistry so very useful against biological threats, .He is also one of the handful of hero's with Webware administrative access so don't fuck up near him or he will look at your search history. Blast is experienced in fighting the factions- [HYDRA][AIM][Sentinels][WILL ONLY UNLOCK UNDER DETECTION OF WOLVERINE DNA][FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH WILL ONLY BE ULOCKED IF YOU SEE A RED DIAMOND] and honestly a lot of others
Possible friction- He is the more experienced one so don't try to boss him around also keep in mind is that he may be a hyperactive mad scientist who seems to be very light handed against foes but Blast is considered stable by X-Men standards so if you can't handle him then god help you if you ever have to deal with any of the other New Mutants

Blast(real name James Carpenter) and Jolt(real name Mira Carpenter) are siblings so they look alike and in civilian clothes they would look like the two options for Hakuno from Fate/EXTRA-


Powers wise Mira has the ability to drain various types of energy around her though the radius of said draining depends on the Era and how much she can concentrate but as a rule she can usually do it at minimum without needing to touch her target but at maximum and without distractions then she can drain within anything inside a football field radius(now if she can touch a wire or power line then she can use that to drain targets farther away). The benefit is that the more she drains the more her abilities are enhanced(a car battery will get her around Captain America level strength, something like Captain Marvel would recquire a few seconds of draining a Arc reactor) and/or the longer duration of said enhancement(a few seconds draining a Arc reactor could get her like 5 minutes Captain Marvel strength/speed or around 3 hours of Captain America level strength/speed) lasts. Now no matter how much energy she drains she can't fly(but said draining makes her quicker to a lesser extent) and while she later can make energy blasts in Era 3 they burn up a lot of energy. She also is highly intelligent in Engineering, Robotics and Coding but she's no Iron Man, her actual specialty is Sentinels,more specifically how to kill Sentinels. She even made a AI to kill Sentinels named Nim who's seen below-


James meanwhile can create energy that he can turn into beams,throwing daggers,discs,sonic blasts and whatever projectile he can think of. However this isn't like a green lantern ring these have very little physical mass and his most solid constructs are brittle and tend to shatter into sharp pieces. So he can do a lot of damage in a variety of ways but he has very little in the way of defense. Unlike Mira he's biology focused with an emphasis on genetics and chemistry of the pharmaceutical variety(he can do non-biological chemistry but it's simply' advanced' level and not ' at minimum second only to Mister Sinister level') so over time he develops a lot of different drugs/treatments derived from his observations of various Mutants/Hero's.

Now for X-Men Costumes they are very different in terms of design and philosophic. James has armor made by Mira designed to enhance his strength and defense(later in Era 2 it also comes with various drugs James created) since James dislikes spending most of a fight on evasion and would rather keep hitting an enemy so that they don't have time to respond. The armor is colored yellow and while it does look militaristic it's deliberately meant to look less like Halo Power Armor and actually looks more like a mook from Gundam.

Mira doesn't want much in regards to bells and whistles. And her costume is yellow like 90's New Mutants costumes but with those diamonds over her face like in Kitty Pryde's Aerial costume though for Mira said diamonds are blue colored and she has a mask that covers her face the same way a surgical mask would. It's meat to both be flashy so that Mira can loudly proclaim the day is saved by a X-Man/Mutant and have people remember it and flashy so that people focus more on the costume than her actual features.

A+X Spotlight Blast pt1
Era 2

Some days it was really fun to be an X-Men but it could be very weird and disgusting. And Blast thought that nothing better illustrated this than being inside a NYC sewer pipe looking for what was supposedly an aggressive Morlock. Blast wasn't too mad since helping Mutants was something he wanted to do as a X-Men but he decided to grumble a little-

" I'm supposed to be in charge of assigning missions for the New Mutants program Xavier and Magneto set up but first month after training they override me and send the X-Men who creates energy beams inside the NYC sewer system while sending Kitty who is qualified for this too a frontal assault on a HYDRA base with the Captain America. I could be punching Nazis with a living legend rather than looking for what's probably a homeless Mutant with visible mutations who made the mistake of panhandling in the places where cops are."

Blast also knew that said grumbling was why he was chosen. Blast knew full well that if the New Mutants wanted to make people like Mutants they had to be mindful of their actions. Which was why he was hoping that he could get said Mutant to a safe place and most likely treat whatever side effects said Mutant had. If said Mutant wasn't interested.Well that was what his prototype X Gene Suppressors(he was thinking about calling the drug Drain) and the sedatives he carried in his armor(that also contained various equipment to administer said drugs were for was for) were going to do instead of his powers. As he continued through the sewer pipes Blast's armor picked up movement ahead of him that resembled a human. Blast raised his hands in a non confrontational manner and said-

"Hello! I'm an X-Men and I'm here to help! If you are sick I have medicine and I have ways of giving you access to any other help you need! There's no need to have violence between Mutants!"

Rather than a human sounding voice or a modified sounding voice Blast heard something far different. It was as if a reptilian set of vocal cords had a set of human vocal cords grafted on and was attempting to tell it's prey how it was going to die and said-

" I am no Mutant. You are prey and I AM THE LIZARD!"

Immediately the Lizard started running at Blast as he started thinking of combat tactics. The files the X-Men had on the Lizard were very sparse and essentially there were two things. First the Lizard's condition was entirely independent of the X-Gene and second the Lizard fought the vigilante(and possible Mutant) called Spider-Man. This meant that he was fighting an enemy whose main foe was much more agile than Blast and the X Gene suppressors are utterly useless in this situation.
Blast couldn't think more as the Lizard managed to reach him at a speed far beyond most normal humans and tried to bite Blast's head off. It was only a combination of Wolverine's training Blast and a bit of luck that Blast managed to just barely dodge that attack by weaving around the Lizard and getting a few feet away.. Blast then tried to counter attack with by creating a few energy daggers in his right hand to throw at the Lizard but the few seconds it took to mold his energy into daggers was enough for the Lizard to use his tail to knock Blast off his feet and say as a taunt-

"Slower than the spider"

Blast decided to forgo finesse in favor of not getting mauled to death and created a simple ray of energy that hit the Lizard in the chest. Blast watched with surprise as a ray that could send a normal human flying ten feet backward simply made the Lizard stumble. The Lizard was just about to attack him again when seemingly out of the blue a girl in a costume similar to that of Captain Marvel seemingly appeared and punched the Lizard in the face with a fist the size of a mini-fridge. Blast had no idea of who this Mutant was and decided to take advantage of this new arrival to throw an energy blast into the back of the Lizard . The Lizard hissed in anger and scurried into the darkness. Blast then talked to his unusual savior-

"Thanks for the help! I'm not sure how you got here but you are really skilled for a self taught Mutant. I should suggest however that you leave the handling of this to an actual X-Men with training since it is hard enough right now much less dealing with any sort of power slip ups."

The girl put her hands on her hips and said flatly-

"First I'm Ms.Marvel and I've been doing this for over a year in Jersey City. Second, I'm called an Inhuman and not a Mutant. Third, if it weren't for me exploring this place while tiny you would have been Lizard meat or caused a pipe to burst. Also I have a Avengers in Training ID card!"

She then brandished an Avengers ID card with her picture on it with bold words that said [Avenger in Training]. Blast realized that she gave off the same energy as his sister and Kitty gave off. Namely that they were being taught by highly trained adults with a tenuous grasp on common sense and had to suffer the consequences. Blast then said happily-

"Well that's good since I have explosive powers and were in a sewage system so-"

Ms.Marvel caught on and said-

"So that's why you were sandbagging against the Lizard you're afraid of damaging the sewers and causing a leak or making it look bad since people would be happy to smear the X-Men!"


Blast nodded happily and said-

"Finally someone who gets it! Now I have a bunch of tranq darts, an out of control Lizard and someone who is uniquely suited to moving through a sewer. I think this could be a wonderful team up."

Ms.Marvel then said-

"I mean Wolverine helped the avengers when that alien dude took over NYC! MAybe we could do a fastball special!"

Blast nodded and said-

"Agreed! Even better is the fact that apparently he hunted Nazis with Captain America when he was in WW2. Called himself Logan."

Ms.Marvel then said-

"You mean the Logan cap knew who jumped off an airplane without a parachute to liberate a concentration camp!"

Ms.Marvel then said-

"Hunting down the Lizard first. Cool stories later!."

Blast nodded and the two went into the sewers ready for round two against the Lizard!
