[X]A forest of tiny pine trees on your hospital bed
Right before your eyes on the hospital bed, a forest of miniature pine trees had suddenly appeared on the hospital bed, coming straight from your body. "Woah," you say, looking down at it in curiousity. "What is this?"
You try to touch the forest, only to see some of the trees sprout themselves out the ground, revealing they have little legs, and spread out. As soon as your fingertips touch the bed cover, the forest starts moving up your arm, getting up on your shoulders. You giggle, tickled by their tiny feet pittering on your skin.
You then feel them plant themselves in your skin, which, unlike the feet, DOES hurt, making you ouch and ow as you wince while they drive themselves into your flesh.
Suddenly, Mabel walks in with a slice of pie in a box. "Hey, Dipper! How's it going? I brought you something!" she says, seeming not to notice the tiny pine trees at all, including the fact some where currently sticking out of your body. You have to say something, but what to say...?
[] "Just fine! Great! Still have a hole in my hand but everything is fine! Really!"
[] "Uh....Mabel? Are you seeing this?"
[] "Oh, thanks! I didn't know you were getting me some pie!"
