[X] Ask what your old name was

[X] The Sword Unfettered: Your will is your own, and thus you shall stand on your own. Human, Abyssal, and anything in between if they try to change that they'll feel the wrath of your cannons. Maybe you'll throw your lot in with one of the sides, but until then you answer to no one.

[X] A Dark Shield: You can't help but feel like you've been used as a distraction in the past and that you did it with thankless pride even as you finally succumbed so why not return to your roots and once again do your duty for Humanity?

A Whole New World~
[X] Ask what your old name was

[X] The Sword Unfettered

"Who…am I?" You ask, looking at the woman with a questioning gaze.

"Your name when you had your service was Fort Mills, although most called you by the island name. Corregidor."

"Corregidor…" You hum, before flashes of the last time you'd been active cross your vision. A flush of slight pride washes over you, a morbid giggle crosses your lips as you remember the kill-death and injured ratios in your last day in US service for the next three years.

For every five Americans or Filipino volunteers injured, six Imp soldiers suffered the same.

For every eight Allied deaths, nine Imps followed.

You are broken out of your musing as the goddess seems to study your face as your face relaxes. "Now that you remember who you are, have you come to a decision?"

"Well, while I do feel like I hold more loyalties to my constructors, you did explain that the world has changed around me. If the world chooses to attack me, I shall respond in kind." You nod, confident in your choice, at least for now.

The goddess smiles. "I could ask for nothing more, but I must warn you. One of my earlier champions has sent forces to awaken you, they are coming ashore as we speak." She says smiling, before fading away.

Your eyes snap open, bringing your eyes to your surroundings.

Standing next to one of your batteries of 6" goodness, you raise a hand and stroke the steel, only now having been rid of any damages it could have received, you honestly couldn't remember if it had. But you feel instantly more connected to it as your hand touches the cold steel.

Turning your gaze to the north east, you watch as a swarm of miniature beings - Imps, your mind supplies - rush into defensive positions, you hadn't seen or heard any fire or smoke, but your garrison seemed to be preparing anyway.

Not that their rifles and pistols would do anything to, if what the goddess implied was correct, warships walking on land.

It isn't long before you hear voices as clumsy feet stamp onto your land each step the owners of these feet take you feel.

"Ya sure this is the place Chialla? Cause it feels like a whole buncha nothing here," you hear without physically being present.

"Course I'm sure Kanna," another replied moments before she trips on nothing with an undignified squawk.

"Shut up both of you! you're bothering Mania with all the chatter instead of finding this nexus or whatever to awaken Corregidor," another voice interjected more sure footed you can tell as they delicately weave closer to you.

You still have some time before they find you even longer if you decide to make it difficult to find you and your imps.

[] Hide
[] Stay put
[] Confront

Whatever your decision you still had to figure out what to do with your island for your own sake you split your actions into categories so you can better focus your efforts for success.

Materials Owned: 1000

Diplomacy and Intrigue (Choose 1 Action):

[] Pirate Radio: Your radio equipment is in utter shambles currently but with some luck and a lot of elbow grease you should be able to rig up some short wave transmitter and receiver. Success: 70% Cost: 40 RUs

[] Scout: You may be stuck on your island for now but you can send a handful of your more discrete troops to scout out nearby locations. Success: 50%

Martial (Choose 2 Actions):

[] Anonymity is the best defense: Have your troops try and make natural looking cover for your base. It won't work forever but until you can fully set up your base it should help keep under people's radar so to speak. Success 80% Cost: 75 RUs

[] Survey your island: Send troops out to locate points of interest or places to set up defenses around your island. Success: 90% Cost: 0 RUs

Stewardship (Choose 2 Actions):

[] A Tent is good too: Right now you don't have anywhere to keep projects you work on safe from the elements. Set up a tent and secure it from the elements so important documents and blueprints don't get ruined. Unlocks Research Options. Success: 100% Cost: 200 RUs

[] Clean up your island: While not ruins, your base has been neglected over the years of your sleep. Send some forces out to clean it up and hopefully find something useful. Success: 65%

[] Setting up the Machine Shop: Use some of your resources to set up a machine shop, they somehow pull resources from the planet and transform them into materials for your WAR machine. Success: 100% Gives +150 RUs Costs: 75 RUs

[] In Gods, we Trust: Knowing there are gods out there watching us means that perhaps you can win their favor and commune with them in specially constructed places. A shrine to the god that woke you up should do for the moment. Success: 100% Cost: 100 RUs
Piety (Choose 1 Action):

Locked. No proper building available

Research (Choose 2 Actions):

Locked. No proper building available

Personal (Choose 1 options)

[] Train: You're newly awakened and your skills aren't what they could be, so its time to get down and dirty to get up to snuff.

[] Forgo a personal action to have one more of another category.

Hi, the guy who made that map coming in, Jupi wanted to let y'all know that the rolls didn't have the modifiers on them so they're a bit changed from those numbers. Expect actual post soon-ish.

So i have been woundering what the rule's for sidestory's slash omake's?
Any content that readers make will be rewarded, either with points that can be added to an action that the writer wants boosted as a one off modifier or with more permanent rewards depending on if piece is exceptionally long or the end of a series of omakes.

Is this what you mean? Or do you mean content and length?
