[X] Take it Slow Bro - Send out Slowbro. If Koga is willing to sacrifice Weezing & Ariados to Slowbro to set up hazards that can be taken off the field by Forretress' Rapid-Spin that is a trade he is more than welcome to make.
Violet instinctively reached towards the Pokeballs on her belt, avoiding Magnezone and Slowbro due to their lesser speed before freezing. She'd taught Forretress Rapid Spin for a reason.
Avoiding the immediate desire to prevent a set of Toxic Spikes, Violet's hand reached for her newest Pokemon, gently throwing the Pokeball underhanded. On the other side of the arena, Koga felt a moment of surprise before his eyes sharpened. He immediately realized that Violet had calculated the possibility of hazards and discarded them for some reason or the other. Whether that was due to items or moves had yet to be determined, but until then he would take advantage.
"Toxic Spikes," he ordered. Only to frown as Weezing attempted the lay down the hazardous trap, only for the move to fizzle out.
"Psychic," Violet said, directing her voice at Slowbro. The Pokemon's eyes glowed brightly as a wave of pure psychic energy rippled across the field, striking Weezing, and causing them to faint.
Recalling his Pokemon with a small nod of respect, Koga spoke up, intentionally using the few words he said to think. "A good response, although I suspect you didn't foresee Toxic Spikes failing. I don't believe you're a psychic, right?"
Violet shook her head, using the time to think for herself. Next up would be another Pokemon to lay out hazards, but would it be another Weezing? Or would it be a bug type that'd lay out a Sticky Web?
"Ariados, you're up!" Koga shouted, the Long Leg Pokemon skittering onto the battlefield. "Sticky Web!"
A tangle of sticky threads shot out, covering the battlefield in layers of silk. Slowbro, already not the fastest Pokemon, visibly struggled to even move, his legs dragged down by the move causing him to slow to a crawl.
Violet, however, wasn't deterred. "Don't worry about it, Psychic again."
Slowbro's eyes glowed, as another wave of psychic energy was launched. Slamming into Ariados, the Bug and Poison-type Pokemon reeled from the attack. Letting out a chittering cry, the Pokemon collapsed to the ground to Violet's surprise. A moment later a slight blush came to her face, she'd forgotten Poison types were weak to Psychic-type moves.
As Koga returned Ariados and sent out his Crobat, Violet let out a relieved sigh as she realized that this battle was all but won.
As long as Slowbro remains out, Koga will use Crobat's superior speed and maneuverability to conduct a wide range of aerial attacks, primarily Air Cutter.
If Magnezone is switched in, Koga will immediately use Air Cutter and then send out his Muk.
If any other Pokemon is sent out, Koga will keep in Crobat and use Air Cutter as the primary attacking method.
[] Stick with Slowbro - Slowbro already beat two Pokemon, while Crobat is difficult for him, perhaps he can eke out a win.
[] Stick with Slowbro, but against Muk - Switching to Magnezone then back to Slowbro would mean he'd take a single U-Turn before facing Muk. This would allow him to grow quite a bit.
[] Get Gengar in - Sending out Gengar would allow him to get valuable experience. While he's had a few fights, he also lacks experience.
[] Clear the Board - Sending out Forretress to clear the hazards isn't that beneficial, but it'd reset the board which would be to your advantage.

Mean Look into Curse then? Considering Curse is undodgeable, and Crobat is a dodge tank he's hard countered by it so he just needs to be forced to endure it by Mean Look to secure the win.

That's the plan I can confirm. It's a good way to hard counter Crobat as you surmised, and Gengar does have decent chances to outlast Crobat in a full battle.
Gengar also gives Koga an explanation as to why Violet felt that the potential toxic spikes entry hazards were acceptable dangers (even though that wasn't really our plan at all).
Alright, as it is Gengar does start off far stronger than I expected, dodging both of Crobat's Air Cutters as he sets up Mean Look and Curse. The rest admittedly doesn't go as well as he gets knocked out shortly thereafter, but he does leave things so that Forretress can easily last long enough to win.
After which I'll just have the rest of the battle go a bit faster. As while it's a 4 vs 3, you do have a larger advantage considering two of Koga's remaining Pokemon are Weezing.
Also, due to some IRL stuff, the next update will be out Monday rather than tonight.
