I got bored and did a quick voting...."On second thought....." wins by 7 vote against the second most voted, "A stroll through....". So unless a major vote shift occurs (As likely as Mima appearing in Windows Touhou), the vote is soft-locked.

Has the event of LoLK happened yet and happened to the Lunarian after the incident has been resolved?

LoLK has happened, although Sumireko doesn't know about it. She hasn't run into Clownpiece during her trips to Gensokyo yet.

    But....as much as you'd love to have a little adventure it probably wouldn't be a good idea to risk getting lost and being late on what is literally your first day. Besides arriving early doesn't mean that you have to just stand around at the gate and wait for whoever your guide is supposed to be to show up, speaking of which.

    "What was the girl's name again?" you said pulling out your phone and checking the picture of your guide they had sent you, it showed a girl with tawny hair tied in a pair of pigtails, underneath was the name Shirai Kuroko.

    You couldn't help but whistle now this was a fancy school, very up market and probably cost a fortune to attend. In order to even get there you needed to go through a security gate using your student card and while you didn't take the time to properly examine the scenery it was basically impossible to not notice the that the entire place looked she had somehow ended up in Paris.

    It made you wonder as you leaned against the closed gate, what type of people attend this school? Will they be the sort of people you want to be friends with? Which classes would be good for sleeping in and will-​

    Your thoughts were interrupted by a loud explosion and unless there was a geyser nearby then odds are that whatever caused it was near that pillar of water that had appeared nearby. "Well looks like thing's just got a lot more interesting." you said straightening your hat before climbing over the wall.

    After all you were going to be attending this school anyway so technically is wasn't breaking the rules.

    So with a couple quick wall hops and a quick detour around a flower bed you find yourself peaking of a wall at what you assume to be the school pool. Around it were some adults packing up some machines or writing something down on a notepad, it was interesting but nothing that could cause an explosion like the one you heard earlier.

    "So can you tell me why you are spying on my system scan?" someone said startling you although it didn't take you long to pinpoint the source, it was from a brown haired girl roughly your age who was leaning against the wall you were peaking over.

    A quick reminder guys to Misaka you are an unknown girl, wearing an unknown uniform who just snuck into the school during school hours to spy on the system scan.

    the general suggested one seems good, as others noted it's is very touhou like answer and doesn't give away much.

    not really sure why kuroko would be our guide though, as her part time work is Justice so i doubt it would normally leave time for additional jobs/work like school tour guide.

    This is Mikoto we're talking about. She isn't known for having a long fuse. This keeps the Touhou and adds a brief explanation, which hopefully Mikoto doesn't decide is a lie.

    In the timeline today Kuroko doesn't have Judgement patrols after school and as a member of Judgement (and the only one I know of at Tokiwadai) she is general viewed as a good authority figure to help acclimatize a new student to the city.

    There is absolutely no strings being pulled in the background my a third party for malicious reasons....none what so ever....not at all...
