I'm curious how she'll react once Dio makes it clear he's an Outside Context Problem, but I'm also curious to see what happens trying make a Ghoul into a Vampire as well.

12 BP for making new vampires. As your body heals, your BP limit rises, and the amount of BP you have to use to access your abilities will go down.

Can we unlock multiple abilities in one go? I'm thinking we unlock Hypnotism and use it before/during/after the blood transfer to make sure we don't immediately get "hoisted by our petard".
Of course, there's so many factors at play, whatever we do could make her a unique strain compared to future experiments... That or she could explode into a cancerous mess.

Your basic vampiric abilities are able to be used (IE: Hypnotism, Super Strength, Fleshbuds.) while your larger abilities are locked until you obtain full-body synchronization with Jonathan (IE: Space Stingy Ripper Eyes, Vaporization Freezing Technique.).
Blood Points is a system that measures how much blood you have in your body. Your current limit, 20 BP, can be increased as your body heals.
At the moment, it is unknown what will happen to the ghoul is you turn her into a vampire. She won't immediately degrade into a fleshy blob, but... the only way to find out is to try.

Haha, nice, our first "minion" and she's a westaboo. Besides that, I would prefer doing full on research of the local scene before doing either "Acquire funds" action but I'm assuming we have to pick something.
Otherwise I would vote for us to also research Ghouls to make sure having them pull a bank heist won't get any Ghoul Hunters or Hamon Wielders poking around.
