The World Author: What Story Will You Write?

In a realm beyond and between the endless possibilities of the multiverse, in a small and humble home, was a being that looked like any other person. This entity was a human like being with smooth greying black hair, soft blue eyes filled with wonder, and wore a attire that resembled that of a certain time traveling Doctor's tenth life. He sat in a fine chair made of ivory wood, behind a well made desk with subtle fantastical animal designs craved in. Dragon, unicorns, griffons, krakens, and more such magnificent creatures were all present upon the desk, surrounding a smooth blank space reserved for papers, books, and more. The man weld in his right hand a writing quill, or was it a pen? Perhaps it is both or neither. The man with the quill that might also be a pen had a look of deep thought on his face, thinking of a myriad of different works that had yet to be written. The man looked upon the sheets of paper he had place on the blank space of the desk and said to himself, "What Story Will I Write Today? What Kind of World Will I Create?" Then the man looked up, and saw you.

"Oh, hello there." Said the man. "How did you get here? Most people don't know I even exist, let alone manage to visit my little home." The man then looked back to his papers, and then to his quill that was also a pen, before looking back at you with a twinkle in his eye. "Maybe you can help me with something. You see, I've written many different stories in my long life, but never once have had someone to bouncy ideas off of, or to give me suggestions. I would like you to help me write my newest story." The man's offer left you surprised, you were being offered a chance to help write a story with a man who could write whole world's into being? Such an chance, an opportunity, had never crossed your mind before, and yet here it is now.

Not knowing what else to say, you agree.

The man smiles and shakes your right hand with his unoccupied left. You feel a tingling sensation run up your arm, not painful or bad, just tingly. You see a symbol of a writing quill and a book on the back of your hand, a sign of your agreement with the "Author". You ask the "Author" what they should do first, to which he replied. "Well my new friend, we start with what kind of world we want our story to take place. I am feeling something on the more science fiction side of things, a world of marvelous technology and strange science. But, perhaps you have something else in that head of yours?"

You watch as a World slowly begin a to fade and filler into existence, a World that held so much potential. "Breathtaking isn't it? Watching the birth of a brand new World, it never gets old." Said the Author. "By the way, and I apologize for not asking early, but what is your name?"
