Simply put, meaningful interactions with Cirucci can make her stronger. In fact, she has her own xp and stats! I'll put these in a smaller, OOC update soon. Omakes which are majorly about Nemo interacting with Cirucci will give, in addition to your normal rewards, half of that amount to Cirucci herself. That doesn't cost you anything.
Two questions, does fanart depicting Cirucci do the same?
Also, does this mean spider bro has gotten a bit of powerboost from omake interactions? 200 xp is a serious amount for a base hollow.

[x] 500 Exp to Regeneration.

Does no one want to talk about Mantis-bro? Artist, please make a portrait of base Hollow Mantis and Moth. Mantis bro is the best.

Neat how the upgrades build on Nemo's character. Lamenting Cero has to do with Mantis Bro, Hungering Cero with our base nature and ambition. Living Cero is pretty meh in the symbolism department.

[X]Lamenting Cero. Nemo's Cero has always had a peculiar gray color, wisp-like look and strange sound, but this effect actually turns this into a meaningful combat advantage. When the energy of your Cero scatters after firing, it creates phantomatic vision, smoke- or mist-like, just figurative enough to imagine real shapes in them, as well as a distorted, mournful chorus in the area of firing. This allows you to use your own Cero as a smokescreen, concealing your movement in the visions and drowning your sounds in the weeping.
- This might be the least powerful of the options but it sinergizes very nicely with our hit and run style allowing us to disengage more easily. I dislike Devouring Cero cause of the long charge time, it also most likely doesn't work very well with our stealth.
[X]There are ruins in Hueco Mundo, of civilizations gone before. Cirucci was once a princess in her tower. She can't go back there without being accused of desertion, but she can send you. Go back to where she once lived and find souvenirs for her, and perhaps more.

[X] Plan Stylish Moth

Cause we got this during Cirucci's training^^

Weird the tally is not showing my vote for some reason.

Omake idea Findor desesperate flight. Trying to go unseen towards a clean uniform and a quiet piece to lick his wounds. No one can know of his shame!

[ ]Devouring Cero. Hunger is scarred into Nemo's psyche, and in some ways she may be able to tap into its dreadful memory. Your Cero can now draw upon lingering spiritual energy in the area in which it is fired. The more energy is released in an area (by Cero and Bala attacks, by Resurreccions, by spectacular flares of reiatsu, by shinigami's Kido, and suchlike), the more powerful your Cero becomes. This is only a slight increase when firing normally, but if you actually charge your Cero for longer more energy is drawn, allowing you to fire above your maximum power at no greater cost if you have enough time.

As nice as this sounds... 'helps going against enemies stronger and faster than you' and 'charge time' do not entirely mix. Given the whole flash-step thing Bleach has going on, telegraphing just doesn't seem wise.
Precisely. It sounds nice because it says "more power, for free!" on the tin, but it requires that we hang around in big long fights involving spectacular SFX, basically - and that's really not something we ever want to do. In addition, its likely "development path" would be stacking even more power on, in exchange for even less subtlety. Things like a spirit-draining DoT effect or drawing more aggressively on ambient spiritual energy, Quincy-style. These aren't really benefits that suit our ideal fighting style.

I prefer Lamenting Cero because it's so cool and well-suited to sniping while staying alive, but Living Cero would still be a better pick than Devouring. It's far more flexible, more useful at the start of the fight, and will likely lead to homing Cero or tracers or whatever.

For a Sniper, Devouring Cero is better, because it gives us charge-up time. In a fight, that's hard to get, but if we start charging before the fight, we show up with something many times what we can normally pull off, at no extra cost to us.
It still requires access to ambient spiritual energy to do that. Charging your Cero boosts the "bonus" damage, it doesn't increase the base power of your Cero. If there's no bonus damage to be had, charging does nothing. So charging ahead of a fight isn't really possible, unless we're joining one that's already in progress.

[X] Cirucci wants you to gather useful information on one of the lower-ranked Espada.
-[X] Yammy
should be the weakest Espada and challenged by others for the spot, yet he seems to be coddled too much, to be far too "safe." Observe him and find out what his deal is.

It seems like the path starrk and lillynette went on to create cero!wolves. Or at least something similar to it.

[X] XP on Reiatsu Control

If we're going to be running secret errands for the thunderbird, we'll need to be able to stay... you know, secret. As she noted, we couldn't even hide from her once the other Privaron were gone. Hitting Veteran Reiatsu Control will give us more staying power, but it'll also offer us a special feature, and I'd bet advanced stealth would be among them. Which is something we'll want to pick up pretty sharpish if we want to avoid Findor stumbling over us before we're ready, again.

Getting more stamina to fight with and to make full use of Nemo's kit is a must and is pretty self explanatory I think.

I've always really liked this mourning motif that Nemo's Cero and Bala possess. It's very distinctive and very much HER (both with her mentality and her history). This new expansion to the effect also really complement the rest of her power set, especially her Ressureccion, and (probable) fighting style.

I'm a bit leery of ANYONE trying to knock Yammy off the Espada list. Mostly because he's something of a direct investment by Our Dear Shinigami Overlord Aizen. He's got to have some sort of safeguard in place. So the sooner we figure out there's more (and less) to this guy the better. What I AM worried about is that we don't have the right skill to get everything so we end up with incomplete or misleading information.

On the other hand if I was going to try to get rid of someone I'd say Eye Pumpkin. Blob Monster have the possibility of being very interesting if written correctly and Mad Science! is just someone who is a joy to hate. Eye Pumpkin is neither of those.

Devouring Cero strikes above our weight class.

So completely random theory time:

From what I'm getting the reason we're not dust or at least aged to death might just be that our pseudo immaterial nature makes us resistant (or maybe even entirely immune?) from keeling over due to sheer passage of time alone.
In any case, whatever it is that saved us there, it does not prevent said passage of time:
You feel strange. The crown is too heavy in your hands; at times the distance seems to stretch, a single steps takes you a minute, a few yards several hours. But at the same time you don't feel quite like it's true; your body is at odds with your mind, and as you instinctively try to reconcile this contradiction your head starts to ache and throb.
And similarly in the most recent update our hands went numb from touching the thing.

So, effectively, we get our growth accelerated because we have more time to "mature" than objectively passes but don't suffer the consequence of going all wrinkly and brittle because that's not a thing we do, apparently.

The major sticking point is that I have no freaking idea how strengthening Cirrucci (or others) via proximity would come from that though I suppose the in-universe explanation for their growth doesn't necessarily have to be that closely linked to the justification for our own advancement.
Still, I can't help but feel that a single explanation for it all would be more elegant and therefor can't help but hope on some level that I'm actually wrong here.

Edit:
Also jumping ship to Lamenting. After reexamination it's a bit more distinctive and cool of an ability.

Your vote is in a quote box.

So it was. Fixed now.

Also, while I voted for stealing the thingy from Harribel, I don't hate any of the options. Going and playing Moth Archaeologist has a lot of potential.

Actually, I kind of like the idea that Nemo has a niche as "person who is good at getting stuff, don't ask too many questions", and we've got some history with that, thanks to our various fetch-quests. We've retrieved things from the far reaches of Hueco Mundo, we've gotten stuff from the World of the Living...next: go get a copy of Shinigami Women's Association photo calendar for Harribel, from the Soul Society. For reasons.

We live in Heuco Mundo. Everything is literally made out of the stuff. The air is literally made out of the stuff. Smaller hollows can fill their stomachs just by breathing.

No, it's because we have high speed regeneration. We don't break down over time unless supernaturally forced to, our body constantly moves towards a healthy baseline.
