When Nemo achieves new skill level with her resurreccion I rather think she would get more husks to command along with increasing the husks power to keep in theme with Hallow Knight.

[X] Hurry back to the gate, where if you're quick enough you can catch the spider-hollow before it gets too far. Riding it, you'll get to your destination much faster (and hopefully back faster as well).
[X] Indifferent. The powerful of this world are akin to passing storms than persons. Whoever rules, rules, and small fries like you simply have to try and make a living under them. The personal character of different rulers do not make them better or worse, but simply different flavors of hurricanes.
[X] You had a friend once, a rarity among Menos. Someone you trusted not to try and eat you and who returned that trust. Then one day, he crossed the wrong line. He offended Barragan somehow, and you saw him aged to dust before your eyes.

What's the difference between the Dark Souls 3 dodging and the Bloodborne dodging? I don't have a PS4, so I don't have Bloodborne.
In Dark Souls you fling yourself bodily out of the way of attacks, yeah? In bloodborne, when locked on, the PC instead makes these short, dashing steps. In purely mechanical terms they're pretty similar, but the latter gives a significantly greater sense of deliberate grace and skill.

- [x] Give him some proper curtains to keep the sand out. Sand in one's hole is not comfortable.
[x] Write-In: Like A Moth To A Flame: Aizen's gift and Aizen's rule freed you from emptiness, and for that you are bound to him, but you are well aware of what happens to those who get too close and cannot withstand the heat. Your service to him is the tension between need and fear.
[x]You did in fact serve under Barragan. For years you were a scout in his army. You left because you feared the devotion of the others. You never expected him to think well of you, but he doesn't even remember your name or your mask, and that stings.

If we ever get a chance to, we should totally monologue our powerset to the opponent. Except, we give them a less than truthful account to mislead them.

Eh serving Mister 'I don't give a fuck' would give us alot of freedom but I don't really see him wanting a Fraccion or protecting us if we needed it. Barragan would be more interesting IMO, and Espada position is also possible, but that would give us way to much attention from SS I think from the get go.
if we wanna see some action

we've got to be the center of attraction

make everyone's got their eyes on us

like a face that we'd see on a magazine

be the focus of attention

be the name that everyone must mention

come up from the shadows it's our time

because tonight is the night for everyone to see

@Omicron

Can you put a description in the OP that tells us what our character looks like?

What information is available to arrancars regarding the Soul Society, the soul reapers (including current members), and the World of the Living?

What point are we at in the timeline?

Are we capable of going to the Soul Society?

How much autonomy do we have? Are we allowed to go to the Living World and find soul reapers to kill without permission from the higher-ups? Can we rampage through the Soul Society if we wanted to?

Considering you need to have fought and killed a lot of Hollows to survive long enough to become an Adjuchas, as we have, how come we're only Adept at Combat Arts? Is it because we're unused to our new body?

Do bodies disappear quickly only if the killing blow is struck by a zanpakuto or if they're injured at all by a zanpakuto?

Can we fire Cero as fast as Grimmjow at Skilled Cero? What colour is our Cero? Are our balas the same colour as our Cero or are they red?

Which Numero was the last to be arrancarised without the Hogyoku?

This Quest is a nice contrast to Talos' A Destiny of Strife.

Sadly, I lack the time to participate in lengthy discussions, so I'll make my vote now and do little else between updates.

[x]Make a detour by Esmeralda's "office" before setting out. She always has her hands on some interesting supplies, and could provide you with useful items for your trip.

Speaking of which, we should write an omake where we crash a commercial airliner into Karakura Town. Either that or an omake where we hit up Urahara's shop and buy stuff in exchange for money/killing Hollows.

Kinda want to write an omake where we find an old, ornate iron bench in the sands of Hueco Mundo and drag it home for our room.

Also, the monthly meeting of the Las Noches Carthographic Society - a group of low ranking Arrancar dedicated to mapping Hueco Mundo. It has three members.

Done.
What information is available to arrancars regarding the Soul Society, the soul reapers (including current members), and the World of the Living?
Soul Society is the hated eternal enemy of Hollows. It is known to be made of a number of Divisions, with a scale of power based on ranks and Captains that hold terrible power supposedly matched only by the Vasto Lordes. A few names spread across Hueco Mundo, although information tends to be distorted or unreliable; Yamamoto is a terrifying figure of legend, for instance, but you'll find Hollows who still think Urahara is a member of Soul Society. In theory the three shinigami defectors could provide extended information about Soul Society but so far they've mostly shared it with the Espada and nobody has really cared to give Numeros comprehensive briefs.

The word of the living is a dangerous and pointless place. Menos Grande only have dim recollections of their time as humans, no longer need to feed on them, and instead need to feed on Hollows, so they have little interest in going there; and it is infested with shinigami besides.
What point are we at in the timeline?
Aizen has been back for a couple weeks.
Are we capable of going to the Soul Society?
An Espada's Garganta could take you there, but you have no autonomous means of reaching it.
How much autonomy do we have? Are we allowed to go to the Living World and find soul reapers to kill without permission from the higher-ups? Can we rampage through the Soul Society if we wanted to?
You're actually officially forbidden to interact with shinigami to avoid playing Aizen's hand to early. That said, there's an informal understanding that this a guideline more than a hard rule. If you go to the living world on superiors' orders, a shinigami finds you, and you kill them and tie off any loose ends that could reveal you, they will let it pass. If it transpires that you're actively looking for soul reapers to kill, though, you'll be disciplined. You're also not supposed to go to the living world without orders. Recall that the exact plan you propose got Grimmjow kicked out of the Espada in canon (this hasn't happened yet in this Quest, if it happens at all).

Even assuming you could open a passage to Soul Society, get there and "rampage" and not die within half an hour at best, you would most certainly get executed for that terrible mistake once you come back to Las Noches.
Considering you need to have fought and killed a lot of Hollows to survive long enough to become an Adjuchas, as we have, how come we're only Adept at Combat Arts? Is it because we're unused to our new body?
You've always been physically weak for an Adjuchas, relying instead on your special abilities and powerful Cero. Note that even so, as a Combat Arts Adept, you're still stronger than ordinary Hollows even when only using your unreleased sword.
Do bodies disappear quickly only if the killing blow is struck by a zanpakuto or if they're injured at all by a zanpakuto?
Answer unclear at this time. Bleach canon is inconsistent here, with various characters regularly staying around as dead bodies despite being killed by a shinigami's sword.
Can we fire Cero as fast as Grimmjow at Skilled Cero? What colour is our Cero? Are our balas the same colour as our Cero or are they red?
Quoting the winning write-up:

"Your Cero and Bala are pale, white bursts of wispy power released from the depths of your soul; almost wraith-like in their silver-pale and dreamy glow, they dazzle and confuse opposition; a smokescreen for their destructive power. Of special note is your ability to perform the Cero Fantasma; an eruption of wraith-like energy projections around you that quickly anihilates any nearby structures and enemies while playing on the heartstrings of opponents with the keening screams of mourning that they exude. "

You can't fire quite as quickly as Grimmjow. Your wind-up speed is fast enough that you could use your Cero to cap off a series of attacks that left an opponent stunned, but not enough that you could pop it in the middle of a series of attack.
Which Numero was the last to be arrancarised without the Hogyoku?
Answer unclear at this time. You were one of the very last, so it'll be someone in the #49-54 range. Unlikely to be a canon character unless those numbers happen to be filled.

Zanpakuto: Animatar Cuantista (Animate, Storyteller)

Since it seems I have made myself the spanish proofreader in the tread.

You could leave the first word as animate since it doesnt seem to be in spanish when they release in canon . Also it gives you the pun of being both animate (english) and anímate ( aka cheer up). If you still want to translate it animatar (even if it would be rad as hell) does not exist as a word and anima would be better. Cuentista is the correct spelling for the second word.

In short, it wasn't Resurreccion that made Starrk more powerful than Kyoraku, he was just that damn powerful. (Though artificial arrancarisation did boost him.)

Correct me if im wrong but weren't Stark and Lilynette arrancar already when Aizen found them chilling among spiritually melted corpses in the desert?

edit:almost forgot to vote opps.

Would anyone important care if we dipped into the Living World to steal some human furniture to decorate our room and trade it to other arrancars? I'm thinking that item acquisition can be Nemo's "thing".

Oh right, that did happen. Somehow I completely forgot about that. Sheesh, I wonder how powerful he might've gotten if he was an artificial arrancar.

I wonder how we got to the world of the living for our theft of the majestic curtains since we can't get there on our own? Maybe one of our superiors likes to screw around in the world of the living and we just tagged along.

Raiding IKEA seems like a decent enough hobby for a humanoid eldritch abomination.
