Well lets just say that Japan will make sure that Company stays afloat, with someone like SAburo at the head. Because it makes japan too much money, and gives it way to much power to not keep it where it is.

Also Saburo isn't CEO right now, he retired and let his son Kei Arasaka take the helm officially at least until the fourth corporate war sees Kei killed anyway
