Hard to decide; On one hand the Janitor idea is really inspired and yeah sure the keys are a possible all access pass but you do lose out on a good custom weapon later on to use for our purposes...

we already have the basic attitude of a janitor ignore most things and people to do your job most likely will not be a cake walk though

I already worked as a janitor once, believe me, just the clothes are enough to become invisible
