While I prefer the princess, I wouldn't mind having a colony of man-eating bats on the island to cultivate as a security measure. Simply train them to only attack people who stray from the paths, or anyone the museum staff indicates is persona non-grata via a simple spell (i.e. a specific frequency/pattern that sticks to the target).

Lamprey feels like a very good source of contemporary arts museum, and contributes nicely to a reverse Indiana Jones vibe.
