It's actually higher than that. 98 is our crit number so we are due another roll. This is also true of glimmer factory and sloot.

We're going to gain an incredible resistance to darkness and affinity for light.

Ok so legit question for the QM here, exactly how well would the SoP nanobots and the Spartan 1/4 modifications work together? Would we basically be able to make Spartan 2's as soldiers minus the child experiments, Spartan 3's, or more like a halfway or lower point compared to the 3's?
 
Also damn we got lucky with those last rolls for the Glimmer Factory, 2 extra MD is gonna be HUGE for us, either in terms of extra dice or extra money. Honestly while I'd like to not help Clovis at all, at some point we might need to try and get him to at least Neutral with us, solely so he doesn't try any fuckshit.

At this point, S2 can only be made from children while S3 from young teenagers; SOP could only help in making the process safer.

The biggest game changer would be for the S1s as the SOP could allow an S1 to take the drug regiment regularly and not suffer the side effects.

But while I might have chosen the RPO as it's base, since the gift has to be Darkness/War related, the VR tech could have the possible way of going the 'Electric State' path...which anyone who has read the book would know that it would easily fit with Darkness bullshit, specially in regards to the developing hive mind.

Very fair, given that if I remember old lore correctly, even the S4s pale in comparison in sheer STATS to the S2s, with the future gen's being more trying to get more from later starts than the sheer insanity one could do from starting as such insanely young ages…

Fair nuff, honestly not too worried about our main cast being outshined in that case, mainly due to the fact that baseline physical abilities kinda don't fucking matter when the Light and Darkness comes into play. As well, a Spartan 2 may be able to bitch elites, but against a light/dark powered elite they'd be the ones getting flattened, as that's just outright superpowers.

Also question, are you able to tell us what surviving 2 encounters with the Darkness back to back has done to John, or is that gonna be hidden until later?
 
I wonder what universes free clarity and fear is freedom are and what they would've given us cause we know metal is mgs, player one is obvious, as is combat evolved and wake up samurai.
 
Happy new year! Question is mercury and venus already in the process of being terraformed? At some point in the future it might be wise to move and consolidate our facilities off planet. We still have like a long tine before the collapse right?
