In short, I propose the creation of a formal intellectual property theft office (reverse engineering) and the early adoption of MTS stations, which should hopefully make our imports of tractors more effective. Yet again, I would be thankful for votes for these 2 motions.

Consider it done we need to put every bit of effort to modernise Soviet Union.

Reason for Agenda Item: In order to build up popular support across the Union and sap strength from our opponents, we should acknowledge the various nationalities and ethnicities in the Union. Apologize and reverse previous Russification policies of the past. Encourage the development of local culture geared to the promotion of our struggle, the party and the revolution.

Proposed Policy Directions:
1. Assigning to each officially recognized national minority its own territory (however small), developing a unified and standardized national language whether or not one had previously existed, and rolling out extensive cultural and educational programs in that language. We also promote the local language and Russian language teaching to students in all levels after 3rd Standard.

2. Staffing the Soviet administration of each territory as far as possible with local nationals.

3. Economic investment in the non-Russian regions, with the aim of creating or reinforcing a native proletariat and raising the general level of development of the minorities.

Haven't decided what to vote on otherwise yet, but this is important.

A question: are there any anarchists of importance we should be aware of? Whether in Ukraine or in Russia?
