If we had ANY way to negotiate on this, a loan to repay to claim full ownership, an agreement to let us pay her in full later, I'd take the offer even with her being a goblin. But this reeks of a scam.
Besides, its magic. If it's so easy to build with, we can renovate later. Or even tear it down and start from scratch.
