I'm going to go ahead and make it clear that I think the idea of us not having advanced eezo tech doesn't mean we're magically going to discover an entirely different tech tree from the rest of the galaxy. We're just going to be technologically inferior to the Citadel species, and that's not the end of the world.

I think it'll make humanity inferior yes, but only due to their tech lacking the same maturity as the Citadel powers. It'll lead to some interesting workarounds though, which will be fun to see.

As a way to chip at the DP debt with omakes, someone could write our relationship with the others, how our relationship is with the terminus, Asari, turians, salarians, quarians, the council as a whole, etc. another idea is writing about the institutions of this humanity and maybe classes of ships?
