[X] Plan Strip Farmer (2/2 CS, +2 CM, 1/1 SV)
-[X] Strip-Mine unsustainably (+3 CM now, no production from mine for 2 turns after)
-[X] Asteroid Capture System 2/3 (-1 CM)
-[X] Increase food production (-1 CM)
-[X] Send Expedition (Zabanta, while it's in the winter season.)
-[X] Send Expedition (Shuttle) (Nanna, detailed survey for mats/water ices. Gilgamesh, too, if we have the time)

Or have we surveyed Nanna already? Answered! We're going to Zabanta for science, instead.)

Charlie:
[X] Plan Strip Space Race (2/2 CS, +2 CM, 1/1 SV)
-[X] Strip-Mine unsustainably (+3 CM now, no production from mine for 2 turns after)
-[X] Build Mass Driver 1/3 (-1 CM) (Permanent -1 CM Cost for orbital works, +1 ED, +2 M)
-[X] Asteroid Capture System 2/3 (-1 CM)
-[X] Send Expedition (Mušḫuššu, survey for colony sites)
-[X] Send Expedition (Shuttle) (Nanna, detailed survey for mats/water ices. Gilgamesh, too, if we have the time)

Edit: I could swap the two expeditions around--it would make sense to survey Nanna as part of a cis-Nanna economic expansion, or to leave the Mušḫuššu expedition as a bone for the Heliocentrists.

Nanna is close enough to shuttle to, to check out without needing monumental funding/effort. You can declare sending a small mission there, it won't cost a science ship, just votes from Parliament. It's been mapped but it's surface hasn't been studied in detail yet.

CMs are for construction projects that need huge quantities of raw materials. Space exploration requires a couple tons of reaction mass maximum. Along with the ships themselves. Shuttles are cheap, reusable, and burn hot and dirty to escape atmosphere. Great for this exact purpose, getting to the moon. Just a day or two chilling in the onboard bunks and 0G washrooms and even an untrained team and 1-2 experienced spacers can study Nanna.

[X] Spend remaining resources on creating a new construction swarm (Homocentrist and Heliocentrist)

I think we should get a new construction swarm, it will allow us to build up faster(right now we can only build 2 things per turn since we only have 2 construction swarms), right now food isnt the issue.

Hey guys, I'm unsure if I can do this one for a while. College is kicking my ass and recent developments have made me think that spending a lot of my brainpower organizing this kind of stuff on a Civ quest is not good for my college career. So I'm gonna put this on hiatus for a while and come back when I have the time. I'm still gonna be doing my more narrative quests if y'all like my writing.
