Guardsmen are usually treated as the "common clay" of the Imperium. Playing a (partial?) subversion of that sounds interesting.
 
Even the lowest scintillan guardsmen tends to have a servant which means this will be a very interesting group like Lukepop said it is a rather big subversion of your standard guard attitudes.
