Plan: March of the Republicans

Easier administration of the Republic, better and cheaper paper for the bureaucracy, B O A T for expanding trade and gaining experience for when we build our navy.

On the foreign policy side of things, I chose Help Them Out and Install Multiple Republics.

Obviously, we help our newfound allies in spreading democracy to the peoples of Hellas.

    Rome has organized its bureaucracy and governance more efficiently with the creation of provinces, administrative divisions of equal autonomy and rights, each headed by a governor, along with the use of parchment, a better and cheaper alternative to papyrus, making way for a more efficient bureaucracy, in addition, much of the Roman merchant ships have been redesigned and improved in order for them to carry more cargo over longer distances, the foreign affairs side of things, Rome has been helping their allies, mainly the Achaean League, in the spread of democracy and liberty, creating vassal republics in the territory the Achaean League has conquered, such as Argos and Athens
