You see, I voted for snacking on drunk drivers to avoid this sort of altercation. We are too new to go starting a turf war with the local mafia. Oh well.

I knew it, I f-ing knew it. Oh well. Fingers crossed its just a random and not a canon character. We don't need any big eyes on us this early in the game. We don't even know we're in 'the game'!
 
Are vampires just stronger than humans naturally or is it only when they use their blood to enhance theirselves I'm not sure how DC does there vampires

In terms of organizational response, especially in somewhere as chaotic and violent as Gotham, there is a difference between one thug getting jumped, and half a dozen. As busy as they are rn, a one-off isn't going to register as a problem in the way 'someone new is actively hunting our boys' would. Especially if the thug isn't hurt too badly.

A real mafia would take more offense to this, but Gotham's criminal groups are used to vigilantes sending their boys to the prison or hospital on a regular basis.

DC vampires are very superhero; super stats and bunch of other powers too.

Julius feels stronger in at base becuase he was a scrawny kid before turning, and he was set to physically average male adult on the embrace. As with most white-wolf vampires, he has to spend blood to turn his super stats on (at least for now).

Caught-Up Review Time

I didn't take notes sadly, BUT, I can say that this is shaping up interestingly.
I feel like you're writing things very intelligently. Immersively done from Julius's perspective, a good handle of White Wolf and DC-Verse alike, at least enough for a casual fan with a bit of pop-cultural osmosis going on with both (and someone who wanted to be a bigger fan of both at varying times of their life), to not have any issues beyond the friction I have in general for crossovers.
This is a clever cross by having a capes verse and white wolf intersect, and for what it's worth what I did watch of Justice League (and Unlimited and Teen Titans), it all feels sufficiently fitting yknow? especially gotham.

Poor kiddo, but hey, we don't abandon our charges either Julius.

Thank you! I thought third person limited would be a good way to write this (also third person omniscient annoys me).

The idea kinda came from seeing a lot of longer time white wolf fans complaining that the older editions felt more like superheroes, then I looked over at Gotham existing... and it just kinda slotted together for me. I've being doing a lot of research on both sides to make sure everything works right.

I'll take any advice you have tbh, always looking to improve.
