I'd say it's a Test of trust from Bruce in order to actually begin the buisness-side quest,
Remember, This is definitely not Batman, who's known to be paranoid.
Ah ok makes sense but it feels like he gave himself quite a bit work thought...Probably entering a break:
He has to write something for Napoleon (on its own, a large project that needs dedicated time), this quest (to research/check on different Batman continuities), and that Cybertruck Quest (Research).
You'll have to get the opinions of the other voters on why they picked the Maglev option.[X] Plan: He is the night
Can i ask why the maglev was chosen over the other stuff ?,also when are we in the chronology ?,because depending of the answer it could be the first fonctional maglev or just the first of the usa.
In my defense, it does say "building the batsuit" in the thread header.I was here for a plan quest not a make batman a suit quest.
Oh well let see how much it's one and not the other
Honestly, I prefer modern day since it wouldn't be, as you mentioned, bloated with choices. In the end, though, I decided to go with modern day as I didn't want to add too many choices and bloat the vote. I could revisit this if people want, though.
Improving the Maglev seems like a good choice if you ask me.To answer your question more properly, Maglevs already exist in the quest universe, but like in real life, they're very expensive and come with a host of logistical problems that have kept them from being mass adopted - Lucius' goal is to refine the technology to make it more feasible to build and maintain, and then actually get some lines built. So it's not the first Maglev, but the first
BTW, there will be an option in turn one to back out and choose a different megaproject in turn 1, and it won't have consequences since you haven't put any resources into it yet. The further along a project has come, though, the more consequences there will be for abandoning it.
