Crimson Mura has returned from his impromptu Vacation and has encountered several problems.

Team ROCKET grows in power and influence every day playing the world as a fiddle.

The Ranger Union is stretched thin trying to protect the world from devistation and the variety of problems that other factions are cooking.

Also his Girlfriend is terrifying and his Pokemon are needy.

And there's these damnable Eco terrorists making it worse...

    "Latias." <Papa loud noise.> She said pointing at the phone with a confused gaze.

    "I know…I'll get it." You said as you waltzed over. "Mura here…"

    " Mura. I'm sorry to ask but I'm here to talk to you about a noise complaint." The man on the other end said calmly.

    "I've been working on it sir, getting all of them trained is an experience." You said.

    "I'm actually calling about the Snorlax in the basement. I'm sure it is yours?" He said asking.

    "I'm sure to change his barry diet." You said. "If not go to management." You said.

    Damn…remember the code phrase work.

    You looked at Dead Drop B and sighed looking at the package, it was a bit small, but you knew damned well that they liked making things inconspicuous as all get out.

    This better be worth it.

    You opened the package and saw the cell phone, a small burner with a handful of numbers on it.

    You picked it up and dialed the final number. "Hello?"

    "We are authorizing Protocol 7 of Ranger Deep Cover Rocket…specialized training and previously unauthorized use of ranger training has now been authorized… be safe Agent Mura."

    Oh…Oh now you have to dust off your old hat skills, while you were trained primarily to infiltrate Team Rocket, you were also fully trained to be a spy in a variety of scenarios.

    "What if they ask about how I suddenly learned all these skills?" You said.

    "We'll hammer up a document from your month-long training trip and say we did it for free."

    "Seems a bit lazy boss." You said.

    "It's the Elder, they'll believe it." The Ranger on the other end said as they hung up.

    Babysitting the most powerful psychic in the world, which is also mentally unstable. It'll likely take more effort or crazy dice to make a difference, but at the same time she is insanely powerful

    This. Well, given Red/Ash is the same person in this, it's doomed to go absolutely pearshaped. But, the most important part is encountering the resident protag and the high potential tricksters that is the Trio.

    This is in some ways the most simple. It basically is going on a PR stunt, but it does offer the potential to make connections with various important people of the region. Which, also makes this option more of a wildcard. I mean, there are many possible characters we could meet, including characters that hadn't shown much in any canon like James's parents.

    Honestly, while either is fine. I am interested in seeing what fresh chaos is gonna get unleashed on poor viridian. Especially as one form of escalation could very well be the involvement of merc groups thanks to James's family and fiancé getting more proactive, such as putting a bounty out to try and see if anyone could find him. Plus, this might give an opportunity to meet the force of nature in training that is Red, and possibly help nudge the trio into becoming possible allies. Given they aren't hardened criminals, rather more people whom fallen into a wrong crowd while seeking out recognition.

    "Well, it seems as if the Viridian trio has been getting bolder, coming surprisingly close to successfully robbing a Pokémon center from a daring and almost idiotic plan of striking at night. It was only because one of the new dex holders and a recovering pikachu that the operation failed, thanks to the current system which forced the present trainers to rely on whatever pokemon they are able to call out from reachable pokeballs when the pokecenter was attacked. Of all the places to need a security overhaul, the pokecenters were not a place I would expect to be on the list."

    "But here we are. It seems we may need to change the current system to mitigate the potential problems exposed by said attack. Though more pressing, is the involvement of PMC's in the incident, which has caused the incident to escalate further with reports of gunfights and armored APcs on the streets."

    "it seems that such activity was the result of a new bounty, relevant because one of the members has a striking resemblance to the missing child of the oda family. One of the night shift employees was quick to cash in on the bounty of information that also was posted relatively recently."

    "It has been almost a decade since the disappearance, why are they only now mobilizing their fortune to find him?"

    "War is on the horizon. That is clear after that incident. There is an uptick in weapon smuggling and 'lost weapons', no connection but it doesn't take a genius to realize that Team Rocket may be arming themselves, and the Rangers are clearly preparing for something. In the current climate, it makes some sense why they may be getting nervous, and worried about what may happen when Kanto becomes a war zone, which also incidentally why we have some PMCs moving in. Not only for the manhunt , but in possible future demand."

    "Explains the APCs and that one tank. The possibility of a lost scion of a Zaibatsu family, complete with their family effectively announcing they want to bring him back to the family through a bounty for his safe return. No wonder things got messy, if the rocket agent turned out to be the said scion, it would have been a massive boon, and worth fighting each other for."
    *Sigh*

    I really don't want to do this.

    But you had to…because no one else in the damnable organization you were spying on wanted to do it.

    After all, who wanted to babysit a force of nature upon the world? No one, because no one wanted to deal with the consequences of screwing up the situation.

    Sabrina was no laughing matter no matter what her therapist said.

    Giovanni looked at you with a small look of some degree of something resembling guilt and pity. "Just stay calm and indulge her for a few days, she's not that bad once you get to know her."

    "What kind of games does she play that traumatizes and or shakes the organization?" You asked as he shrugged.

    "The kind that requires you to stay on your toes with her. Remember that she's a bit different when it comes to playing games." He said.

    Sabria Natusume, Gym leader of Saffron City, has always been one to overreact over her games being played…from what the Ranger Unions databases keep telling you, she was some kind of Psychic weapon project they abandoned in the post-war chaos.

    Raised by the previous gym leader and given the title at 14 years of age, her tenure has been fraught with…incidents.

    Children being turned into Dolls for two weeks, Gym Trainers being given grave senses of paranoia and mental issues such as stress and lack of trust in their Pokemon, the sort of things that no amount of therapy and cute Pokemon could fix easily.

    It's been nearly two years and she had gained a reputation as a cursed and terrifying monster, more fitting as a child storybook villain than a person.

    No wonder she easily fell to Team Rockets' Influence…

    "We'll call when I'm done," Giovanni said as you smiled.

    "I'm sure you will." You said.

    They all nodded in agreement as she turned to see you leaving the car. "Oh Crimson, what are you doing here?"

    "I'm the one babysitting Sabrina? I volunteered for the Job?" You said as she looked at you, as the Rocket Car left.

    "And riding with Giovanni's private car is the best way to get here?" SHe asked.

    "He was in the neigborhood." You said.

    "That he was…now." She said. "Where is everyone?"

    "Oh…Guys come out!" You said as the Pokeballs all opened.

    "Slowpoke" <Why did I have to Travel in the Ball today? Was it because I was clammy?>

    "Growlite!" <Its because it was Imported leather man, let it go.>

    "Alright… that's four…where is Latias?" You asked looking around.

    "Latias! It's Mom and Dad…come out now." Erika said as you looked at her with apprehension.

    "We are not Latias's parents…Does that imply we're more than dating?" You asked.

    "Thats basically what we are to her Crimson." She said moving a hand across your face.

    Oh no…this is what we get for sharing a bed with Latias's Soul Dew.

    "Latias…Latias!" She said flying around the little plaza in front of the gym, her reflective down feathers making it hard to see her even to a well-trained eye such as yours. <WEE I'm happy, We are in a new Place and I wanna fly around!>

    "Come down here…" You ordered as she floated/flew down as you started patting her head with your hand, causing her feathers to ruffle in happiness. "Do you think we spoil her too much?"

    "She's our little baby, so maybe a little." Erika said as she brushed around her neck.

    "La La." <I want happy rubs mama!>

    "Aw, you like that…There's plenty more where this comes from." Erika said as Latias cried out in happiness.

    "Oh she's in a great mood today," Erika said as the gravity in the gym seemingly went out to lunch.

    "Why are we floating?!" You shouted.

    "Oh…how did that work out?"You asked feeling concerned.

    "It wasn't that bad, I just really needed to go to the bathroom when I turned back into a human." She said.

    Sabrina was floating over. "Hi Erika, glad you could make it…nice boy toy…"
