I am not sure we should transition all our colonies to the French style at once. That will both require a vast number of administrators at once and involve starting to attack and break up local power structures we are currently relying on continent wide. Perhaps we should limit it to west African colonies at first to not overstretch us if/when violence breaks out over the dismantling of more hands-off protectorates for a more hands on administration.

I don't like the names in the colonial rationalisation plan at all. "Imperial Central African Federation" is far too wordy when you've got to fit it in after all of Elizabeth's other titles. I'd suggest just "East Africa" and "Congo" instead.
