Just for clarification, would just voting to get equipment and not specifying what type act as a mystery box, or will it open up a second vote? Same for augments and singularities.

The former. You can give me as much or as little freedom in money spending as you want, from saying "buy something" to giving me a three-line specification of the item in question. But there will be no second vote once it is locked in.
 
The reason I want to go for Singularity and not equipment is for a question of reliability and foreknowledge of what the thing can do, a random piece of equipment can gives us a very situational thing, Singularities as we see them tends to be more versatile, even the limited versions.
 
Ok now that I've given it some more thought I've narrowed down my general plan from earlier into two different ideas. First plan is based on stopping enemies from running away because it's happened twice already damnit!

Secnod plan is a smoke build because that would synergize with our ring wonderfully.

---[ ] Smoke protection/processing depending what's in our price range.

---[ ] Something to generate Smoke hands free. A glove or second ring would work best

Presuming they don't request a contract or exchange of money, I think it's time to try and call both Hifumi and Dexter in.
Money is also probably best spent after we know what we're getting into.
 
I do believe it's time to go smokey.

I approve of any plan that involves smoke.

I particularly like Golden Haze thanks to the "familiarize yourself with the equipment" aspect. Smoke, while excellent for assassinations due to its stealth abilities and lending itself to massively destructive blows, is probably going to need 1-3 weeks to really work if only because we'd have to get used to it...

I'm not big on smoke personally.

Not because it's bad, but because I don't think anything we can buy with our current budget will be all that big in terms of power or utility.

Nowhere nearly as strong as smoke weaponry or gear from the Urban Nightmare Smiling Faces or that one Moses' smoke pipe.

We might even need Smoke Augments for Smoke Gear to work on ourselves without being a detriment.

Personally will just go for this one.

shame no equipment this time, still might be better to get something later with more money and to satisfy my gacha addiction. It also might be a good idea to save up money for Christmas gifts too since that's coming up.

And people remembered Maria, how fortuituous. Hifumi was pretty much a given and once again people said no to drugs.

Although it would have been very funny (for me) to write about Ciel showing up to the test drugged up to the gills
