Flynn's Final Resort.
An ancient weapon from a bygone era, full of terrible power.

And yet, as the Essence fills the doll, finally awakening once again, it's eyes open, and it…
Yawns.
Then proceeds to say:
"Hey! Mortals, what's up! It's been centuries since someone turned me on."
…Which prompted explaining about the situation, about the league and the political situation.
To which the response…
"Okay sooo I'll need to get back to you guys about some of that but important bits is, there's bad guys, we're in a port city, and the bad guys are wrecking it with an airship. Kay, gonna go solve that last one bye-byeee~"

And yet, true to it's word, it did.

The part where the doll simply leapt off the cliff at said airship screaming "GERONIMO!!!" sadly tends to get left out of the retellings.

Different from my initial vote because the attitude I was imagining felt a lot more 'BOTW Link' then 'child enjoying a new world while mourning it being less then the old world it once knew.'
 
Point of order, Arbiter knows nothing of what came before. This is the first time she's been conscious, since once an Alchemical's had the proverbial switch turned on, it doesn't turn back off.

So there's Alchemicals just buried in some places? That's interesting. Anyway, Exalted ally is pretty good and Intrigue sounds like a good situation to start slow and without any immediately obvious enemies. Then Compassion and Justice mostly for a strong moral center and also because a Soulsteel Alchemical being a kind and just person is hilarious to me.

I feel like an Exalted dedicated to doing what is right, and helping the people who woke them up sounds the most interesting. From there, Aftershocks makes sense, as that's where house Rozen is most intact, and also quite frankly the one where the alchemical's infrastructure is most intact.

Intrigue is fine too though.

Third Edition's worldbuilding does a lot better of a job making Alchemicals viable outside of a Seal of Eight Divinities Broken game. Autochthon just left a few prototypes behind in various vaults here and there before he fucked off, and sometimes they're found. They're not completely unheard of as a result, though nobody knows exactly how you can find an artifact with an honest to god soul and anima in places that can compete with Celestials.

Mechanically, its also the option that scales the best with time.

Creation is new to Arbiter, with everything big or small being a novel experience. And ultimately she is more than a tool that brings order. She wants to experience creation and leave it a better place.

And that desire is tempered and made possible by a iron soulsteel will and a tireless dedication… for she is Magical Girl Iron Law, and this land will know peace and kindness even if she has to drag it kicking and screaming :p
