The chapter?
A Kaminoan happened through circumstances unknown on the Holocron of Belia Darzu a Dark Lady of the Sith who specialized in the alteration of living beings. He used this dark knowledge to create an army of monsters. When the Jedi arrived on Kamino to investigate why Dooku erased the planet, he abducted Anakin for reasons unknown.
And he was Force-Sensitive which is very rare among the Kaminoan species.

I feel like first and foremost Anakin is a child of Tatooine, sure he's other things, A Jedi and A Student of Windu but with slavers he knows there is no compromise.
