Casters main weakness is that they aren't as directly good in head to head murder-death-kill as the other servant classes, but in return their strengths are basically everything else. It's like starting out with the most bs Tinker/Trump ever.

Funnily enough I'm pretty sure that a fanfic had at least a tangential relationship with Jesus; I forget the name, but it's rhe completed Worm/Fate Cross where Taylor could Install Servants into herself.
She eventually made her own Camelot and one of the NPs she used in the creation of her Knights of The Round was Jesus' Holy Grail, I think. There was a remark that of course Jesus was in the Throne.

She's practically the only Caster I really know because of how popular age is for Worm Crosses, i'm not really that attached to her, tho; I'd change my vote for something more interesting.
We'd HAVE to get a Caster with at least a high Item Creation or Territory Creation skill(Not sure if I said those right, y'all know what I mean) so we can get to fortifying ourselves and our home for future Servants.
God knows how much we could use that

Babbage and Avicebron can easily make minions and their specialized focus makes looking like Tinker tech easy Dumas can mas produce NPs and Meph while evil is fun and would try and convince Taylor to try wilder ideas.

I gotta pick the goofy man. Plus, while yeah he's not gonna be like, nuking the planet, he's probably one of the best supporting Servants you can ask for. Even just a teensy bit of access to his Clairvoyance is a game changer too, though even without that I think he's one of the best options we could choose. Biggest thing though? His Hero Creation skill. Those should let us buff Taylor enough that she won't end up getting herself killed (especially if she tries to pull that close range melee Master bs she enjoys in canon lol)

Clairvoyance is op, and his noble phantasm evoking the beauty of avalon. Can you imagine what that could do to some really screwed up capes mental health. To those who have rejected society like Jack, imagine seeing an antithesis to his ideals. Or Panacea's reaction to seeing Avalon, a land that brings hope. The increase in moral to capes during an endbringer attack.
Also merlin ability to be a support for the rest of our servants is indispensable. The ability to heal our servants later is an incredibly invaluable ability, and very few servants can heal on the scale and scope that merlin can, while also being able to dish out as much damage. His item creation might not be insane, but he has Hero Creation EX. All the dumb decisions that Taylor made can be avoided and instead be taught to be a hero of such renown she makes the Triumvirate look like freshly triggered capes. And his Charisma can be used to descalate the scene Taylor no doubt made summoning Merlin.
Merlin may not be the strongest Caster np wise, but he is a candidate for Grand Caster, and will no doubt keep us alive, and in relatively good standing with the authorities. Which is important because the PRT will be the only faction that won't be immediately hostile to us, which gives us time to reach the next summoning. With merlin we can pick riskier low luck servants with stronger nps, as we need a servant who can kill both the endbringers and scion. Avalon on golden morning is invaluable.

DaVinci maybe riskier due to the start up time that she'll need. Normal tinker start up, but that is made up for in Pioneer of the Stars EX. The ability to influence probability to meet make impossible battle winnable. No battle we have will be just impossible. Even if right now the Triumvirate were to come down on Taylor right now there would be a non zero chance for a fresh Davinci to win. Also Pioneer of the Stars EX counters Contessa.

He'd likely have a low Divinity and maybe some degraded version of High Speed Incantation, but as both a conqueror and a mage, I think his specialty would be Territory Creation, which is the best skill for a budding warlord!
