Blooming From A Seed To A Tree (Project Moon Crossover Quest)

Anyway, I am now on my PC and have access to the name of the thread about fanon, so I am going to recommend it to our QM, @WilyMachineKing1, here's a link to the post, it can be interesting to read.

I would also recommend going through the Threadmarks, since something I remember a lot from fanfiction is misrepresenting the Einzberns.

TLDR: The Einzberns are a bunch of robots who only look like humans. They aren't a mage family so much as a Homonculus factory that got left on after their creators died of despair. If their gambit with Ilya in F/SN fails, they basically just turn off the lights and die or smthn since their goal is confirmed impossible.

Edit: I just remembered that, while the stereotypical goal of a Nasu Mage is reaching the Root, a significant fraction of all Mages' goals is to save humanity in one way or another, even if it means doing a lot of fucked up things in the process.

X is either going to fit right in, or will experience deja vu at all the other Ayins running around.

They're not robots, they're homunculus, artificial humans.

And since we're on them, their goal is to recreate a true magic, Heaven's feel, who is about the manipulation of souls, that's why the true name of the grail wars is *Heaven's fell ritual*, because the entire *you'll get a wish at the end from the grail* is just one long con to attract both masters and servants, particularly for the servants, the only goal from the three magus' families who created the entire charade was to obtain enough energy from killing the seven (yes, seven, all of them have to die, the true reason for the command seals is to ask your own servant to kill himself at the end) servants to reach the roots, the goal of most magus. The Einzbern want to do it because that's how you get true magic (well, you get them by getting very close then turning back), the Toshaka wants to do it to reach the roots (a fact Rin has never been made aware of), and the Rape worm probably don't even remember why he wanted it in the first place by now, but it was to reach the roots.

Are you telling me the Head wouldn't nuke the Einzbern out of existence if they step into the City?
Actually, the Head maybe wouldn't? Considering R-Corp, so long as they aren't copy and paste copies of the same person, it's a-okay for them to exist.

With restrictions of course, like everyone else in the City.

Edit: Then again, I'm probably ascribing too much free will to them.

Man, the grail's ability to summon heroes would actually just be a Singularity in the City huh. I wonder if the Head allows the summoning of humans.

I mean, they kind of are? Most of them are apparently modeled off of Justeaze, the miracle Homunculus who could use True Magic. It's why Ilya's maids look enough like her to pass as her sisters.

Depending on how the Head interprets it, all Einzbern Homunculi might count as clones of Juzteaze or as outright non-humans.

Most of them certainly don't have the 'attitude' of a human that Zena was talking about.

Well yes, I'm aware of that, but they are different enough from the original to count as seperate in my opinion.

Alas, yes, they're probably too inhuman.

New L-Corp incoming! This time instead of Abnormalities (Creatures born of the collective human consciousness) we repeatedly summon and kill Heroic Spirits for that sweet sweet infinite energy.

Doesn't that sound City enough?

I was thinking more like heroic spirits summoned with power close to that of a Color, that are forcefully controlled through the use of the command spells to defend the Wing or whatever(perhaps even replenished with some human sacrifice?). The problem is running out of said spells will result in the spirits rebelling and destroying everyone in the Wing.

I imagine it more as a perpetual Holy Grail War, where they continuously summon new Servants to fight and kill. Dead Servants are added to their energy core.

Legendarium Corporation probably sells Class Cards to Fixers or uses them as weapons for their Agents. Why control Servants when you can give your Agents their powers instead?

...Wasn't that what I just said? The Holy Grail setup is already pretty good on its own as a kill trap for Heroic Spirits, with a bit of tweaking (like removing the ego of the summoned spirit) the whole thing works more than fine as a potential source of revenue in the City.

Oh I see, then uhhhhh-

Do you think New L Corp sells tickets to the fights?

It could be a spectacle for the inhabitants of the new L-Corp Nest, maybe even for the other Nests if it gets popular enough? No source of money should be left unturned! Who wants some televised blood sport?!

The inhabitants of the Street of Flavor would maybe have some interest in the meat of heroes and villains, now that I think about it...

...I blame LobCorp and LoR for these thoughts, the City has corrupted me.

Well, if X gets summoned, there will be no issues in surviving, at least at the start.

But if X just gets plopped into the world... Since X took the form of Tiphereth, and her thing is the "Expectation of the Meaning of Expectation" (I still think she got cheated in terms of the name of her symbolism compared to the other Sephirahs), maybe it will go more towards trying to trust people and accepting their help (This may sound like a bad idea in the holy grail war, but the general populace of nasuverse and even 'most' magi are actually pretty nice, and probably would help a young girl out).

Actually, in my opinion, "The Expectation for the Meaning of Existence" is quite an interesting topic. For Tiphereth, this means simultaneously searching for the meaning of life and making sure that everything she, her brother, and everyone around her went through actually made a difference in the end. I expect, for example, that Tiphereth-inspired X will be much more emotionally involved in the creation of the Seed of Light, just to make the result worth all the suffering. Also, I would expect X to have trouble finding a reason to exist after the Scenario ends.

In fact, "Is it worth it?" is a question that can be asked of a surprisingly large number of characters in the Nasuverse, as in the Einzbern example above.

Ya, I actually respect Tiphereth quite a lot. It's just her phrase isn't as catchy or understandable as "The Willingness to Stand Up Straight", or "The Eye Embracing the Past; Building the Future", or "The Hope to be a Better Person".

But Tiphereth is pretty amazing in her own rights. I think she is the Sephirah that underwent one of the worst suffering among the Sephirahs, and also experienced the most growth from LC to LoR (pun not intended).

Same difference.

They're biological, and born as humans, so, they may be accepted.

In fact, "Is it worth it?" is a question that can be asked of a surprisingly large number of characters in the Nasuverse, as in the Einzbern example above.

Oh god can this question be asked to quite a lot of them indeed, examples on the top of my head just in Fate/stay are:

-Archer is entirely based around answering no to this question.

-Shirou is all about answering *I don't care* to this question.

-Sakura is all about *it better be, because my life really, really, really was shit*.

Don't forget Zouken who even forgot his own wish, Shinji, Rin (her relationship with her sister), Gilgamesh with his "great plan", Kirei, Saber, Kiritsugu, even if we don't see him directly... Almost every significant character of this story, in fact.

Arrival By Moonlight
As your shell was slowly being constructed to contain the now luminescent being that you are now, you felt a presence as you got closer to the end of the tunnel. You were unsure of it, but as you felt it fading, you swore you felt confusion and the mutterings of said confusion. Hmmm, this may be interesting to investigate where you are gong to land, you thought as you finally arrived, the light slowly unravelling to revel to you where you are.

It was nighttime, the moon was already out, shining down onto you as you have arrived to... a City? No, not the City. While similar, there is.... something not quite the City, and judging by the way the buildings were built and the fact it just felt not so City-like.

Regardless, judging by your surroundings, you have seem to at least have arrived to what is clearly a Nest, judging by the people and the environment itself in general. You were glad that it wasn't the backstreets, especially considering you were now kid-size and looking like a kid. Because you were sure that things did not grow, and instead you shrunk. Though, regress into a more child like state is more accurate a word, you thought as you looked at yourself at a window at a nearby building on the roof, and saw your reflection.

You were surprised to see you were a combination of Tiperath A and yourself. While male, technically your choice since really, being made of Light can change perspective on things like that after spending so much time in it, you were fundamentally an almost an exact replica of Tiperath. Blonde hair and sassy look. Of course, you were quick to notice the differences between her and your new look.

First off, there was a few patches of purple in your yellow hair. Along with some purple in your eyes, with it being mostly golden/yellow like Ayin's. Huh, weird. Must be from that purple tear. Understandable and plus, there is much of the Light you don't know about, so further research is required of not just this place, but yourself. After getting a living arrangement of course. As while this place might not be bad as the City, it doesn't mean it doesn't have dangers.

==============
You sighed as you have exited the building, it was not a hotel unfortunately. But oh well, your luck can't be that great. Regardless, you were to find your answer to your question and most of all, was it worth it? You needed to know if the Seed of Light was worth everything, the horror, the hope, the despair, everything. You just needed if it, and you, was worth it. And so, here you, walking through a city that probably has it's own troubles but would have to be a nightmare beyond the City, something you hold doubts. With A's and Tiperath's memories, that would be a tall order to complete.

So here you were, marching through the streets of the new location you were in, ignoring the looks and whispers you have begin to get. You now at least understood the constant snappy and annoyed demeanor of the Sephriah of the Central Control Department. You were lucky enough to not get to annoyed as you kept a stoic expression on your face. Must be a combination of you and A to balance out with some of Tipherath's traits. For now, it was best to find out where you are, so it's time to find out, and it seems you had some luck because you saw a newspaper flying to you.

'Well, how convenient.' You thought with bits of sarcasm but you were not going to look a gift horse in the mouth, so acting quickly, you quickly grabbed it and began to read it, learning that you are in........

[ ] Fuyuki City, with the newspaper detailing about Gas leaks that have been occurring lately. (Fate/Stay Night)
[ ] Fuyuki City, with reports of a serial killer have been seen and only just getting more and more kills. (Fate/Zero)
[ ] Translyvania, and the reports of women being murdered by what is dubbed as the New Jack the Ripper. (Fate/Apocryhpa)
[ ] Snowfield, and that there was a rise of a mysterious disease along with other such rising incidents. (Fate/strange fake)

I'm voting for Apocryhpa, mostly because I rolled a die and it came up 3

Thank you for that, let me fix that. Sorry.

Fuyuki is pretty small-town, and half the Apocrypha masters don't exist, character-writing wise. Snowfield has the most to work with.
