We should queitly help the CAFS celebrate their recent gains as obnoxiously as is possible.

We should start going in on ABM tech, and our own not-propagandic SDI type system so we can eventually make some military progress without destroying the world.

I'm not feeling new world rising. For one thing we are cordial with nat pops, as far as I'm aware. Most of them are fascist and aligned with Moscow. I might post my own plan proposal later today.

These are my own preliminary plans. Might have miscatagorized my environmental/anti-colonial planks, but regardless, I think this is generally what I think would be best to ensure the continued success of the Comintern.

Edit: Changed my plans so as not to be as explicitly focused in Africa on the CAFS specifically, and added a plank for further military unification in 'Workers of the World, United!'

Since people seemed not to get it, the "computers might one day be a whole 16 gigabytes!" is meant to be a joke about how utterly impossible that goal seemed to be at the time in contrast to how incredibly banal a computer of that grade would be in the present day. It's not meant to be a comment on the current computing capabilities with the present tech available right now which is rather less advanced than that. It's considerably ahead of OTL at the late 70s, but we're still in the Usenet and pixel graphics era.

I like Communism and Militarism, however it doesn't explicitly put down cooperation between the military alliances in the Comintern. We need to make sure Voscom, Weimar Pact, and Metropolis Accords can all work well together. I don't know if we want to start forming unified commands but we need to lay the ground work for it now, sooner rather than later. I'm also nervous about deliberately jabbing CAFS in the eye with the expressed purpose of knocking them down a peg. It frames it like it's about our own ego rather than concern for toppling their colonial regimes in Reds, TNO, and TRO.

Alright, edited my post to fit in suggestions. I would also like to note that my plan isn't one plan, but rather three separate ones. One for General Comintern affairs, one for the Crises we're currently facing, and one for Socintern-Comintern cooperation.

Since everyone has all the bases covered (Bridging the gap between the Socintern and Comintern, embedding ourselves into the colonial liberation front especially with Africa, more cross-timeline standardization and federation), I think it should be added that we need to assess the rival government in Brazil. Who are their backers? What is their ideological make-up? Are they ripping apart at the seams? I feel like this could become a flashpoint in the future.

To add to what's been said, MOSACC is far more transfixed on EINPAK than they are on us. To that, I say we shouldn't give them reason to change. The more resources they devote to destroying the Reich, and vice versa, the better. It's why I'm just a bit concerned on Premier Davis' strategy regarding them.

Of course, occassionally "ribbing" them like in the recent Finno-Swedish War is fine and dandy, since that that's hardly an existential threat to them like EINPAK is.

I like a lot of this, but one note I feel is a bit too ambitious is integrating Comintern military with the Socintern's military alliances. They're more fragmented than us, so it'll be an uphill battle to do. That said I think it's still a good idea to lay the groundwork for it now rather than later, so it doens't have to be changed.

I am voting for my own plan, even if its pretty much guaranteed not to win. I'm not comfortable with the fact that the plan Communism and Militarism basically commits us into starting a major conflict in Africa, when we have been adviced to focus on internal development. It also seems to reduce anti-missile technology into a more minor project amongst many others, while I'm interested in a more substantial investment in the field.
