I just don't want us to be a Lieutenant that only has 100 men so being a Captain would allow us to turn the tide of some battles.
edit: Also I just want our men to be armed at least cause the plan with the Lieutenant has the disarmed trait(no guns)

But with Lieutenant we have soldiers loyal to the republic and us.
At Captain they are only following you because they want to follow someone/something.
Would rather we start with loyalists and then build up.
True but I prefer the timeline to be at least Rocking or Magoose Dice than natural(it feels much more interesting that way).

The Magoose dice really just make things fun and interesting. After all, we have plenty of ways the magoose dice will be affecting us and the timeline.
Well I will say this: Just because there is going to be chaos, doesn't mean that there will be other things that will need to be done.
After all, just because everything will be up to chance, doesn't mean there will be another... mini timeline I am keeping.

You won't be only having 100 men for the entire quest. You will be able to recruit more.
Fair enough, but I just want to say that there are reasons that some people want the timeline to be less chaotic.

It looks interesting.
The denglish/halftranslatedness of "Das Corps of Democracy" is kinda annoying, but that is something i can live with for the interesting premise.
