While insulting Tony Stark over email would be silly, it might actually be useful as a distraction. It seems like Tony hasn't yet realized that Ultron became sentient and thinks that some terrorist organization hacked into one of his suits and stole the CRADLE. Maybe we should try fooling him into believing that really is the case. Send Tony some grandiose threats, some outrageous demands, set up a few red herrings and watch as Stark goes on a wild goose chase all across North America while we focus on our real plans.

Yknow, as much as I like my idea, I think I like yours a little bit more. Tho I do think we should try and get that fusion powerpack soon-ish so we don't have to worry as much about power at least for ourselves and hopefully our immediate surroundings.

Tho...would the Kalash's we have available even be able to mount modern optics? If they're using cold-war era rifles (the 47, the AKM, or the 74 for example) then they won't have the Picatinny Rails modern optics use, so we'd need to modify our arsenal to be able to make use of these optics. Not impossible, but something we should keep in mind.

Our current territories produce basically nothing of worth, just food. We can earn a lot more using our AI power on the internet. That can pay for the power source we need and machinery to expand. It'll probably be faster to use the machinery to make drones to support our troops and take over another war lord's territory.
I would recommend shipments of cheap cell phones to set up a peer to peer network along with signal towers. Then with just a handful of lightweight camera drones we can direct each soldier with a head attached (helmet, headband, earbud) repurposed phone to become the ultimate guerilla army.
Then we can basically rinse and repeat using our insane processing ability to organize everything and exponentially ramp up.
