So, depending on the choices we make, we can increase/decrease our stats whether they are Social, Machine, Logical, Chaos. Certain difficulties can be compltely bypassed depending on our stats just like this update showed.

It seems high Social stats can help us with Diplomacy while Chaos help us take advantage of chaotic situations if I'm reading this right?

Also, I've just noticed that the Il-Logic stat has been renamed into the Chaos stat, I dunno if that's intentional or not but it's intresting.

Ok, so the plan essentially encompasses 3 things: 1 by securing the region we basically make sure our new people aren't attacked just after we've taken over by some small-timers.
2 by talking with our soldiers we can hopefully expand our understanding of them and engender some loyalty; these guys and gals will probably be the core of how we take over the rest of the nation, it's important for us to understand them, and for them to understand us.
3 we're a goddamn AI. If we don't have a mind for machinery then I don't know what else we would! Buying some machinery should allow us to make a start on industrialising, Robots and vehicles seem like something we can leverage very well as Ultron, and buy machinery to make machinery will be the first step on this process, and a hell of a lot cheaper than buy vehicles and weapons wholesale. Let's build our own armoury!

It won't provide a moment by moment breakdown of each warlord's troops, but it will let you tap into the communications and track the movement of their lieutenants, letting your forces strike where your enemies are weak and fade away where they are strong.
