It is nice to see my plan is liked, i like the option to make the Reapers squid like design a vanity thing from Giratina, also yes, He be in Universal Timeout for hitting his Brothers, no fighting in the Higher Pantheon, that's for the ones below us, Gods of worlds or galaxies, not Multiverses.
Hopefully a bit of time in the timeout zone will do him well, and he can still talk to his friends, so we are a fair parent being.

-[X] It was cast down to a gigantic dimension capable of containing Giratina, which you dubbed "The Distortion World". Giratina would not be able to do within it anything outside its primary duty as the concept of Anti-matter, but it would be able to create an avatar only when the Heavens or the multiverse itself are in mortal danger, with it being bound to protect it.
I really wish I has better with coming up with names.

That clan would later be referred to as the Otsutsuki clan. (Boruto)

Everything had finally come into place, every piece of the puzzle, even when your creation made some new pieces and forcefully shoved them in. You managed to stop his fight with Dialga and Palkia before your creation, the Heavens and the multiverse could be destroyed or take enough damage for you to need to start almost from scratch, or before all three of your servants were heavily injured, maimed or killed.
Giratina's new servants could be managed well enough. Their presence might be troublesome, but there is some sort of balance that they create, so there is no need to destroy them.
At the end of that, you entered your newest avatar and sent a signal across Earth, calling humans, Animorphs, Manaketes and Pokémon to come to a single mountain. You then went in as the ball of light and waited for several days, until a few tribes of Manaketes, humans, Animorphs and a large number of Pokémon arrived at the mountain's top, where you finally gave your avatar the shape of your original avatar.
You spoke to them in kindness, as if you were a father talking to young children. You gave them a name to remember to call their creator by: Arceus, and you told them in some details of how you created everything. You had also informed and explained to those who saw through the time-space warps formed by the battle of the Creation Trio of who they were. You before you left your creations, who stared at you in awe, you shaped your avatar again, this time you made your head change into an upper body of a man, making it look like you were half man and half animal.
You told them that you leave the world to them, but you would be watching them from above. You also gave the Divine Dragon tribe of Manaketes the responsibility of helping the other races in times of crisis, protecting the world when it is in true danger.
Then you left, turning your avatar back into a ball of light as you flew across not only the entire Prime, original universe, but every other parallel universe, delivering a message to all of your creations.
Creation Story - You Perspective:
In the blackness beyond existence there was only you, a humanoid-shaped being of light. In your loneliness and mind overwhelmed with ideas, you created a sphere of light out of your essence and started to pour all of your ideas into it.
First you created the first beings, servants and assistants who would be the most crucial to help you. These were the Creation Trio Dialga (primordial being of time), Palkia (primordial being of space and dimensions) and Giratina (primordial being of anti-matter).
Each one had a different part in your creation: Dialga to bring forth time to your creation, Palkia to extend your creation and Giratina to create the anti-matter to all matter that you would form. However, Giratina believe that they weren't enough and implored you to create more servants.
And so you decided to go on with his request, creating five more servants, three beings as another trio and beneath them in the hierarchy would be a duo. The trio consisted of beings made of pure concepts, to represent these concepts: Uxie (primordial being of knowledge), Mesprit (primordial being of emotions) and Azelf (primordial being of willpower). With their help you created the Planes Duo, which consisted of Busshitsu and Tamashi, whom were the physical manifestations of what would become the Physical and Astral Planes, with the Heavenly Sphere being created from the latter and the Multiverse from the former.
Despite the duo's unending desire to be with one another for eternity, you had to separate them, promising them that they will be together in one way or another, as both of their essences will together form all living beings inside the Physical Plane.
After creating your servants, you went on to shape the chaotic forces inside the sphere into new forms of power: the forces at their most primordial and most powerful, some of it was shaped and captured inside a perfectly cut, large green gem which was called the "Master Emerald", as well seven other gems called the "Chaos Emeralds".
The Creation Trio themselves took some of the primordial forces and using their own essence and concepts, created a new force called Cosmic Powers, all the while alongside the Power Trio took some of Tamashi's essence and with it forged the sphere's forces into three new forces: Ki, the power of the soul that resonates through the body, Mana, the spiritual energy that forms magic and Psionics, the energy of the mind.
Finally, you put every skill, every form of energy and power that could be formed out of these energies into 18 categories, or types.
After that your servants went to work. The Multiverse Sphere started with one universe, but as time affected it, more and more universes slowly separated from it, creating infinite amounts of parallel universes.
You yourself at times helped a bit with the creation of all life, as you sent a ripple across the multiverse that formed the evolutionary chain that led to humanoids beings formed. You then went into the first universe and found a small planet that found your interest, which you gave the name of Earth. On it you turned all wildlife into your newest creation, which the natives of the planet could either treat as animals or as monsters: Pokémon.
However, not everything went along your plans. Giratina, who was a bit rebellious and didn't understand the same fun that you had with your creations, decided to rebel. He used his powers to create servants of his own, ones who would bring destruction on every species that advanced to explorations of the stars. These servants were squid-like machines he dubbed as "Reapers". He then proceeded to go and attack his siblings Dialga and Palkia.
The three-way battle that ensued between the three caused enormous ripples across all of creation. The heavens shook and the multiverse was damaged as planets crumbled and stars went supernova. Dialga's Roar of Time and Plakia's Spacial Rend collided, creating holes in space-time that allowed all to see the might clash of primordial beings.
Eventually you had enough and stopped the fight by simply appearing before the three and incapacitating them instantly. You used your powers to fix all the damage that had been caused to your creation and you punished Giratina in your anger, destroying any avatar he had inside the multiverse and put a large distance between him and the rest of your servants, always keeping an eye on him.
At the end, you calmed yourself and watched as your creation started to move again, leaving it in the hands of lower gods, beings created from souls made by Tamashi and were bound to concepts that you created.
Creation Myth, Manakete Version (Arceian Religion):
In the beginning there was nothing but darkness. Cold, infinite and feeling like a river made of mud. Then came a small light, a light that in and of itself overwhelmed the darkness. From it was formed the half-man, half horse deity called Arceus, the Grand Creator, the God of Gods.
To repel the Darkness, Arceus used all of his might to spread his light across all of creation, pushing back the darkness away, creating night and day. To move forward between day and night, Arceus created Dialga, the God of Time. Dialga used its might powers to create time and begin the movement of all things.
Arceus, in order to expand his creation created Palkia, the God of Space. Plakia used his powers to expand everything in tandem with the movement of time, making itself the perfect extension of Dialga.
Arceus then created a being to bring balance to his creation, a sibling to Dialga and Palkia, being the antithesis of the Grand Creator itself. That being was Giratina, the God of Destruction.
Together, the three first gods to be born from Arceus were dubbed as the "Creation Trio". These three were considered by the Grand Creator as the cornerstone of his creation and his stewards, who would watch and work to make sure his creation remains constant and everlasting.
Giratina, being the smartest and least obedient of the three, decided to request from the Grand Creator to create more gods to assist them in making his father's creation even grander. Arceus, in all his never-ending wisdom, agreed with his son and created five more gods to perfect the universe.
The first three were Uxie, the god of knowledge, Mesprit, the god of emotions and Azelf, the god of willpower. The God of Gods dubbed these three as the "Power Trio", giving them the task of shaping the forces of all creation. The two last gods that Arceus created were Busshits and Tamashi. The former was the god of the earth, using his body to create the world, while the latter was the goddess of the heavens and souls, creating and the realm on which the gods could watch the world and welcome the dead.
Upon seeing each other after completing their respective domains, Busshitsu and Tamashi fell in love, however they could never be together as Busshitsu used his own body to create his domain. Seeing this, Tamashi wept endlessly, creating souls. Seeing the situation of the two, the loving Arceus promised that they would be together through their creations and dubbed them the "Lovers Duo".
After all gods were born and the Earth and heavens were formed, the Creation Trio, the Power Trio and the Grand Creator moved on to create the forces of the universe. The Creation Trio used their powers in unison to create the endless void of stars around the Earth to fully separate it from the heavens, while the Power Trio and Arceus took the souls created by Tamashi to shape the light of Arceus, the darkness of the night and the powers of the heavens to create the powers of the immortal souls.
Finally, in a flash of brilliance, Arceus took a soul and brought it upon the world, shaped a body out of the rock and clay of Busshitsu's body and put the soul inside it, creating the first Manakete and bringing the union of the Lovers Duo as he promised.
From there the Grand Creator proceeded to create many tribes of Manaketes, all categorizes into 18 different types by the Grand Creator. After creating all the tribes of Manaketes, he created many tribes of beings similar to Manaketes, but lesser, as they could transform into animals and not into dragons. These were dubbed by him as Animorphs.
Finally he made two types of beings by separating many Manaketes and Animorphs, creating humans and Pokemons.
Things seemed to go awry as Giratina finally acted. Because he was the antithesis of the Grand Creator, all he sought was destruction, and he started his plans of destroying all of creation by making servants in his own image, calling them by their deserving name of "Reapers" and spreading them around the void of stars, ordering them to destroy any creature that dares to leave the confines of the world.
After that the god of destruction went and attacked his two brothers. A titanic battle between the three gods ravaged all of creation, each sending a powerful blow to the other mercilessly. The battle was so great that all who existed were able to witness it as creation itself shook. Time stopped flowing for all beings, space itself warped constantly and stars in the night's sky were destroyed. The Power Trio tried to intervene, but were no match for all three of the Creation Trio.
Finally, the God of Gods himself intervened and separated the three. He repaired his weakened creation and locked Giratina in the void of stars, forever forcing him to bring the souls of the dead to the afterlife and preventing him from destroying anything outside of what he deems worthy of destroying.
After saving his creation from destruction, Arceus went down to the world and called all the tribes of the Manakete. He told the Divine Dragon tribe of Manaketes to lead forth both their weaker brethren and the lesser races with a distant, guiding hand and protect his world should someone threaten it.
The Divine Dragon tribe did his bidding, acting as the God of Gods' voice and hands across the world, spreading his word and aiding their lesser with patience, guiding, benevolent hand. Choose a story (Ancient Times): [ ] Claims of the Gods

And here we are at the end of the first story, the creation myth. Now it's up to you what stories we cover and were they will go and shape the world. You just have to start by picking one story.
Earth, a marvelous and beautiful pearl of water and earth. It was a large planet filled with plenty of continents in it, as well as plenty of life filling every section of it.
In the era in which the world was in, it had been nearly a millennia since the Creator of Everything, the God of Gods Arceus himself visited the world and told its inhabitants of his existence.
Yet things seemed to move on and along a very slow pace for every living being on this world. The tribes of the Manaketes lived either in the mountains or in forests, building small temples for Arceus and surrounding them with villages that were so tiny that they housed only around a hundred or less, which was usually an entire tribe of Manaketes.
Many generations of humans, animorphs and Pokémon came and went as each species in their own way passed down the story of the arrival of their god to the land. Humans were simply nomadic and without settlement, from from place to place with all they had on their backs, while Animorphs and Pokémon had managed to gain themselves territories that they fought to keep and protect.
In those days, all three of those races were constantly in a state that they had to fight one another to survive, with humanity in a disadvantage in their capabilities despite their larger numbers.
At the time, the world hadn't been discovered by lower gods, but it did caught the attention of something else, something that saw the blue pearl as something unprotected by the young gods and unclaimed. Whatever it was, it was a catastrophe upon all of Earth and would be told about for thousands of years to come.
What was that catastrophe that came to Earth? (Choose 1)
[ ] A powerful, monstrous creature that had learned how to harness cosmic power in its own dimension entered into the same dimension as Earth. Its name was Necrozma and it desired to consume all light. Earth had lingering traces of Arceus' light, getting its direct attention right away. (Inspiration: Pokémon)
[ ] A powerful demon king manages to open a portal to the Demon Realm on Earth, coming forth with an army of demons to conquer and enslave all of Earth and fuse it with the Demon Realm that he already ruled, and he intended to first conquer the continent of Magvel. His name was the Demon King Fomortiis. (Inspiration: Fire Emblem Sacred Stones) [ ] A powerful demon manages to leave the Demon Realm and finds itself on Earth. The demon, a titanic, grey skinned cyclops with ten massive tails started to go on an endless rampage with the sole purpose of consuming life energy and destroy anything in its path. (Inspiration: Naruto)
[ ] There was a Manakete by the name of Úrgal who desired immortality, knowing that despite living for thousands of years, he would die eventually. In his quest, he started hearing voices of how to reach the truth of immortality and he swallowed it up, following on leads the voices in his heads guided him to and eventually it lead him to the point where he killed two warring tribes of men and used the battlefield as a massive blood ritual. Úrgal turned into an abomination, a fate worse than insanity. He had become an immortal Necro-Dragon, a mindless beast with the sole purpose of killing all life and raising the dead to replace them. (Inspiration: Original)
[ ] From the stars a meteor crashed into the Earth. At first it was nothing but a rock with small, strange black goo in it. During a period of years, it pulsed and attracted the attention of all living creatures to it, only for them to be consumed by the black goo. After three decades of consuming, the rock was itself consumed by the goo, turning into an egg from which hatches a true abomination that contains characteristics of humans, Animorphs, Manaketes and many, many, many Pokémon. The only thing that makes it unique was its pitch-black skin. It started to eat every living thing it could find. It would later be known as "The Devourer". (Inspiration: Original)

Okay, this was a short update just to get the story started. I thought of maybe making it longer, but I couldn't think of any other way outside of giving more options, and I think that we have more than enough with what I already gave you. So no point in trying to forcefully dragging things.
Now you just have to choose which world-ending threat you want our heroes to rise against. All options seem like fun to me, so I hope you can all have fun with this too.
Until next time stay healthy, stay safe and have a great day.
